Was recommended this store and it did not disappoint, the staff that were on were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They did my gait and gave me a selection to try that were suited to my needs. Helping me to make an informed choice, as to what trainers I wanted.
Somewhere I will definitely revisit in the future.

Being nearly 87 years old and an Honourary Membership to FRA only jogging and fast walking now. My original pants bought from R B. I needed new, so ordered, but wrong when tried on. Returned goods back for replacement Brilliant service no worries at all . But previous experience similar. Highly recommended

Friendly helpful knowledgeable bear staff. I frequently visit my local Nantwich branch to purchase my gym kit and exercise equipment - top advice regarding training shoes etc.
Always look forward to visiting the “Bear and Boost” cafe upstairs, recommend the healthy smoothies but also a great selection of delicious cakes, panini sandwiches etc…

I bought Black Brooks Trainers recently. They werent in stock in Alderly Edge where we occasionally visit as a treat. However, the amazing staff offered that they would be able to post these to our home adresss. We wanted these shoes for school wear and wanted them in time for the last day of school so we asked them if they would be in time for Friday last week (18th July) and they said they would be in time. And right they were, we got them in time before the expected time. These shoes are comfortable and wonderful. Amazing overall, and one of the reasons we won't stop coming here!

Booked a gait analysis at Nantwich in order to purchase new running shoes and got just the best service! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. No hard sell, lots of choice and I got the perfect trainers plus a cheeky 10%off in Bear & Boost - absolutely delicious. Can’t recommend enough.

Made a mistake on my order so rang them and got it resolved, within seconds!

Order came in few days and had a hand written thank you card (...put a smile on my face)

Website clearly states that orders before 2pm are sent same day. So having made an order on Saturday I was expecting them to be sent on Monday. Called up and apparently my shorts had been at some kind of event and weren't back yet. What is the point in me paying for 24 hour delivery? No notification from them either so couldn't get them elsewhere in time - thanks! Also, what kind of events are they sending the last stock item to?

UPDATE: Why would you be 'disappointed' that I didn't mention that you'd made no effort to offer an alternative or discount what I'd try to order? You offered a discount on 'full price items' which is useless for over half of the products on your site and in no way reflected what I'd ordered. When I am the only one who has lost out here and now have no gear for my race, what is it that you think I owe you?

Very quick and efficient . Ordered my trainers on a Monday evening and here by Thursday the same week! Package well. Was a little apprehensive at first as never heard of this company as I’m up north , but wouldn’t hesitate to shop again. Support these local independent businesses

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Running bear. I’ve been to the Alderley Edge store and more recently the Nantwich store. The staff really can’t do more for you. Especially Jordanna. She was so lovely, knowledgable and easy to talk to. She found my partner the perfect trainers he needed. I have since recommended Running Bear to my friends. I’ll certainly be back to this store. It’s so lovely to see genuine people who care a great deal about customer care. 5*

Visited the Nantwich store and the man that helped me was so helpful, I tried lots of trainers. The ones I chose were a light colour so he showed me the colours he could order. I chose a navy pair. Got a phone call six days later to say they had arrived but a different colour had been sent, because the ones I wanted weren’t available. I was sent a photo of them but wasn’t keen on that colour and I said I would like a refund so on the Sunday I went back to the store for the refund which is 40 mins away from my home and encountered a very rude member of staff called Jordana. She said the right colour had been ordered now and they would be in in a few days. I said Ive managed to order them from another company and her words were ‘ouch’. But no one had informed me that the right ones had been ordered. She said she had been too busy to phone me. When I went into the shop there was only one customer there and another two members of staff standing around.
Every time I tried to talk she cut me off. She was even rude to another member of staff who tried to help me.
Such a shame that what started off as such a good experience was spoilt by this one person.
She said she didn’t know I was coming in for a refund but I’d told the man on the phone I would be in at the weekend to get my money back, maybe the staff need to communicate with each other more

Super helpful, beautifully packaged jacket and good price. Been looking for ronhill mercurial jacket for a while and v good price in sale. Loving the jacket so far too.
