No action on return of order sought
No response to pick and process the return despite multiple attempts to reach customer care. Plus no dedicated phone no. to talk to customer care. Highly unprofessional conduct. Deliberate delaying the process and not taking appropriate action the resolve the issue after i have sent several requests on mail and whatsapp no.

The product is not suitable for german…
The product is not suitable for german Shepherds... The guidance should have been provided by the seller. However i give a benefit of doubt also since no one might have shared the reviews. Being a pet parent realized this product is only good for dogs who doesnt have standing ears... Product doesn't go well with Doberman and german Shepherd .

Not an on time delivery
I ordered and paid the extra amount opting for the same day delivery. But even after opting and paying for it my order was delivered 2 days later. Which is quite annoying and disappointing.
