Noone has replied to my emails. I received an email on April 6, 2026 confirming that you received my order and the email states that another email will be sent to me when my order is shipped. When I called (which is called 4 times) I get an AI with the name of Sara
I was to get a replied whitin 12 hours and it has been 4 days with no response

Although the product wasn’t exactly what I’d expected, Rushbat fully refunded me.
Great service and I’m sure this product will suit the right age bracket.

I contacted Rushbat and canceled the accidental order as well as requested a refund. Amber was very helpful and I received the full refund within a few days. Very courteous service.

Pinched my money as well 😡😡😡

Rushbat promised an item that would defrost ice off windows of your car guaranteed. What they sent was a cheap plastic item that flashed a red light. I paid $14.98 and $6.99 shipping for a 2 ounce piece of plastic junk that did not work at all. This was a total scam and lie acting like a real company. It took 2 months to get the piece of plastic junk but charged my credit card the day after the order was made. I’ve tried to get a refund since the first of December. They sent an email today stating they were going to give me a $11.48 refund. But it will take 7 to 14 days and might experience some fees as the refund has to go through various financial institutions and payment channels to get to me. This is also bogus and further evidence of the total scam Rushbat is running here. Please never use or trust this fraudulent company unless you like to throw away your money.
