READ THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU DO IT
After paying and completing the information for my child's passport application, they sent me a half-completed ADULT RENEWAL application as my end result/product, saying it is 100% complete. They also sent a useless personalized CHILD PASSPORT ORDER INSTRUCTIONS. All it indicates is one bullet point referring to an ADULT SIMPLIFIED RENEWAL PASSPORT APPLICATION they uselessly filled out, telling me where to sign and to 'gather required documents as instructed'. That is literally it. I selected child passport at the beginning of the process and entered all of the fields accurately, including the birthdate indicating my child is currently 12 years old.
There is no obvious way to contact them for help. If anyone from this company can read this, I expect my money back. If anyone would like help completing their own applications, Google is more helpful. Don't waste your money or the time of your life it takes to complete their fields that could lead to the wrong result (entirely) in order to receive something you can accurately get yourself for free.

I stupidly allowed my Passport to expire in February, discovered this last Thursday and at the same time had previously booked a trip to Mexico April 11th. I had a week to obtain a renewed Passport. While I did have to wait five hours in the passport office on Tuesday I was able to pick up my renewed Passport yesterday and am able to travel tomorrow . All the staff at the new Granville Street office were extremely helpful and obviously motivated to try and process this difficult renewal situation as quickly as possible.

Passport Renewal
Renewing our passports at Service Canada was efficient. Our advisor was awesome, she was efficient, kind and took her time with us.

This site misleadingly presents itself…
This site misleadingly presents itself as a government affiliate to charge an unnecessary $89 service fee. While they facilitate the renewal, they provide little benefit over the official process:
No Speed Advantage: They imply faster processing by asking for travel dates, but the turnaround time is identical to the official government service.
Deceptive Interface: Their "process timeline" is merely a static image rather than a functional tracking tool.
Redundant Service: They simply provide a Canada Post label addressed to the same passport office you would use regardless.
You are paying a premium for a middleman to handle a task you can complete directly and more securely through official channels.

Wrong instructions.
The instructions said to place it in a FedEx envelope and yet the label was a Canada Post form instead of the FedEx label.
I went to the FedEx site to send it and was said they could not do it as it had a Canada Post label and they gave me instructions to the nearest Canada Post site.

It has been a slow process. I have no idea as to when I’ll receive my passport or how it’s coming. Can you please advise. And I have no phone number to call if it doesn’t arrive. I’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks and this is the first feedback I’ve heard. Bi need clear & consise update.
