I have used this service twice. Once for a passport and once for a visa. Both times I have been impressed with the service I received. I had several questions and made multiple calls to them. Each question was answered thoroughly and respectfully. The representatives walked me through each step and took time to ensure the applications were completed correctly. I actually had the same representative answer several of my calls. His name was Clarence Standish. If you reach him, you have reached the best!
I received the documents back within the expected time frame.

I am a US citizen and had to get a visa for a trip to India. Once I realized my visa had to be expedited due to the timing of the trip, I called the service for assistance. They recommended an e-visa and provided me with instructions on what I needed. Clarence Standish was particularly helpful in making sure that what I sent over was exactly right and reassuring me that I would have my visa in time. He did this while making sure not to overpromise. In the end, he still overdelivered and I got my e-visa much faster than I was expecting! Thanks, Clarence!
