I had to travel to China on business on short notice. I found Rush my Travel VISA on line. I must admit, I was very nervous, at first, about sending my passport through the mail. However, the customer service folks were great and the five steps easy step system explained the process and eased those concerns. You will also receive an email at each step of the process. All went well and had my passport, with the business VISA, in seven days. This is a great service if you are not in a city with an embassy or consulate. I would definitely recommend their service and would use again if my travels require a VISA.

China documents and visa

I am heading on a trip to China for my company. As is typical the need for the trip is pretty urgent. I turned to rushmytravelvisa because a co worker used the company a year ago and had a good experience.
Yesterday I received my document packet and it is complete and I am ready to go.
The process they have is very detailed and articulate. They even offer a phone review to go step by step through the applications with one of their customer service reps. I hope all of them are as good as mine. Clarence was awesome! He took me through every step, asked questions, and had me repeat back my understanding of what was needed.
Wish my cable company or cell company had people in place like that !

I was very happy with the service and how fast it was all done! I had a few questions before sending my passport in so I called the company and the people answering phone calls were very helpful. Also, throughout the process, Angela Farmer responded to my emails quickly and was very kind.

Great and fast service. Please reroute the old webpage of the former company you guys bought out, though. I ended up using the old company's webpage because it was still operational, and did not send in the right documents to you guys so had to update, costing me additional shipment money. I'm just glad my stuff got to you guys and all has been resolved.

I needed to call them at least five times because the Chinese application was so complicated. Each time they were totally professional and knowledgeable. Then, once I finally sent in the application, the visa came back faster than predicted. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
