Ordered at the beginning of February. Paid immediately never received the product two months later. Checked the tracking. The product was sent to the United States instead of Europe. I sent them many emails. Customerservice is not replying to any of them. Avoid at any cost. appears to be a Russian scam. I will contact Wise now, to have the recipient blocked. As it is against Wise rule anyway to pay for prescription medicine.

Received everything as ordered. Delivery took 2.5 weeks incl. payment processing and processing by customs. Well packed.

These people will not hesitate to rip you off once
the opportunity arises.
When everything goes well, so does contact with them, therefore may I suggest you spend quite a bit of time praying for a successful delivery
before you pay any money to these fraudsters.
At the sign of any problem with your shipment you're on your own.
There is no reshipment and no money back, even though that's what they promise on their website.
Case in point: My parcel was intercepted by the customs and shipped back to the sender. By now you know the rest of the story....
Since their true colours are on full display right now,
I do expect the review reply from them just beneath my last sentence.
With all the evidence we’ve got, the web of lies and deception seems to be integral in operating their unique business system and most certainly is a part of their playbook. So, don’t be fooled by their damage control tactics.

Ordered item arrived in a dented package with 2/10 vials broken. Made a complaint, sent photos, asked to send an intact replacement or refund the buying price but to no avail. Seller only offered me to order the same item once more of course with me paying again - only then they would refund the broken package, which was not acceptable for me as I would have paid double having only a damaged product in hand. Seller then closed my complaint ticket without offering any further solution - so end of story is...very poor customer service! Would not recommend ordering as also the payment process is a pain if you don´t hold cryptocurrency or a Suisse bank account! Else the bank transfer fees will probably exceed the cost of the items purchased by far.

The Rus Medicine are very reliable, fast delivery considering the distance and affordable. I am really happy with all my orders and I would highly recommend them!

I ordered an Insulin about 2 months ago before the war in Ukraine started, I sent my payment via WISE and I followed all the instructions, I still waiting for my medicine, I went through the website and the page doesn't work anymore they never refund my money this website is a big scam

Order came surprisingly soon considering the war going on in Ukraine. Wont be ordering again till its over but would recommend this company when Putin sorts his head out.

Not a review but I noticed you took your website down. I'm hoping my recent order makes it out of Russia to me in the US. I've been so happy with your company and have provided many friends and family with the Gamma Interferon which has helped so much. I pray that you are able to do business again. I pray for the people of Ukraine and that your leader Putin ends this war and these atrocities that are occurring to innocent people. It's sickening that russian's are so misinformed and lied to.

Worst customer experience ever. They lost my money and say they have refunded me. But these guys have refunded me to the wrong bank account. Worst customer service experience ever. They will take your money and stop answering avoid at all cost
