I had such a good experience with Russell sterkspruit the sales person that was assisting me was very helpful surely will come back again

I bought sleepmaster foam mattress at Diepsloot Russell store and I was not happy with the quality or comfort. I then went back to change it, I’ve not got any help since February 2026

I was at Russels in Giyani looking for a bed , I was assisted by a lady named Thabiso. She managed to explain to me the different types of bed abd was very patience with me, though I informed her that I was there to inquire and will come back at the later stage. She then proposed a laybye that will secure me the price I saw. Big ups to her and hope all clients that she assist feel safe and welcomed by her great service. I will call again to do my laybye.

She showed us all the fridges they gave. She was able to changed my mind because she recommended the quality frigde that will meet my needs.
