Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been sent two poorly designed rings that don’t look as sharp as the images advertised, and they are so poorly made, they are in two pieces that are so loose they rattle. $40 each for that. While I could understand not refunding shipping costs, offering a 20%-30% return after two months of going back-and-forth just won’t cut it. Blaming “manufacturing and shipping costs.” Manufacturing costs are not the customer’s issue. Don’t bother with this. There are other great online sites all over the world that don’t pull these scam tactics.
