I purchased three decals on two separate orders, and I am so pleased with the service and the product. I have gotten many compliments on the signage on my restored 1951 White dump truck. The entire process from selecting, customizing, ordering, and shipping went exactly as they describe. As I understand it, the ordering and designing are done in the US, and then the actual production is done overseas.. Vietnam?... so that explains the extra shipping time as described. If I ever need more custom decals, I am going with Rusty Pod!

The design and stickers exceeded my expectations ! Customer service has been great to email back-and-forth on selecting the exact stickers wanted.

The product is AWESOME !!! The communication was NOT . I kept getting someone else's Emails about delivery is what she said , but why did they keep coming after we sorted it out crazy!? So delivery experience was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

My experience using Rusty Pod was excellent! The quality of their products is outstanding and top shelf. The customer service is outstanding. They communicated with me during the entire process as my order was being fulfilled and asked for my input and approval before moving on to the next steps of my order. Once my order was created and completed, the shipping process was easy and speedy. I received my order and was very pleased with how it was packed with care and delivered in a timely manner. Overall, I most definitely will be doing more business with Rusty Pod in the future, and I certainly will be recommending them to all my friends and fellow enthusiasts. Five stars in my book!

I wish I could say. I had a great experience, and this was great. And looks great on my truck. Buthey have failed to pass the yes, I made my order. It took over 15 days for you it to even ship out to me or you even get any tracking information. When I got my order, it was wrong. They identify that they made a mistake and still did not want to help me any further and wanted me to buy more product from them. Instead of fixing the original problem that they had they kept giving me excuse after excuse this was Sarah. By the way, kept giving me same corporate spill that all these companies do because they don't actually know what they're doing. The sticker was somewhat good, but the inlay was not very good. It came wrinkled. The package came damaged when I was finally due to do the application of the sticker. It wasn't cut right, it didn't lay down right? That being said, I have done this for several years. Painting and auto paint motorcycle paint. Other kinds of really cool things. I thought this was a nice idea. Because I didn't actually have to spend. You know, 1314 hours on an image on the side of a truck or on automotive cycle, but what a big disappointment. I would have thought great. You know I could do a lot of business with these people in but a lot of cool art. On my vehicles without for this, I'm really doubtful of even buying.You know a little googly eyed sticker from them

Had a issue and they were quick to fix it and resend our decals.

They took a picture a friend drew of me in my race car a Buick Opel Sports Coup that he had "Rat Finked" and made it into a decal and they put it on a shirt for my wife. It was awesome ! I have my friend drawing my Bump N Run race car ! It will be "Rat Finked " also and I will be sending it in for the crew at Rusty Pod to make into decals and shirts !

It was a great product. Installing was easy. And the design they created for me was just what I wanted.

Sarah was great to work with, she made adjustments to meet my needs on the graphics I chose, I appreciate you sending proofs with changes to review before locking in the order. Door decals look great, I get compliments everywhere I go, people thick they are painted on! So glad I ordered the matching T-shirt also. USPS was a bit slow, well worth the wait, I had them installed on my Rat Rod 2 hours after they arrived in the mail!
