I bought before I read the reviews! Once I read them I thought crap, I'm screwed now and most likely will have to buy from another company and fight to get my money back. Nope. Received products in a very timely manner, shipping was free and they didn't try to charge any additional fee's. My transaction went perfect and rvautoparts.com had the VERY best prices on the items I bought. For these name brand items I bought, everybody had higher prices. Not sure why I got so lucky but I'd buy from them again in a heart beat!

I've bought an item from them 2 months ago and they didn't ship it even though i paid the shipping fee . They don't reply to calls and emails.

They have my item and my money too!

I wouldn't deal with these people. I ordered an rv ac from them I waited 3 weeks never got it. I left about a dozen messages and emails no response back.

Should have read reviews first! I got scammed as well. In the checkout and Apple Pay it said $0 shipping, then my email receipt said $16.50 shipping! Called immediately and emailed within 5 minutes, then two times after and no response. It's like they want to ignore you, process the order, and charge a bunch of fees! I contacted my credit card to stop it within 10 minutes as well so we will see what happens. Sticking to Amazon for now on!

Returned an order for credit...has been two weeks and I cannot get a reply from these crooks...per usps they ya e the returned part...and my money...they will not return emails or give me a straight answer over the phone...scammers.

Beware with this company. They sell knock off parts on ebay. I was sold a knock off x pipe for my 2011 gt 500. Stay away

This site was excellent. I ordered a stove for my camp trailer. It was about $100 less than my local shop. I had an issue with the one being damaged when it arrived. They handled it great and I received a another one right away. Stuff happens it is how a company reacts when stuff goes wrong that makes a good company.

Fraudulent company they list stuff at a discounted price but they don't even have it and can't even get it. Such a worthless company run from this place.

everything i ordered came in opposite of whati wanted contacted customer service and sent photos .. never contacted again ended up with several items i do not need .. terrible company lied to me about straightening it out ..

I ordered a trailer fender. It did arrive promptly but had NO wrapping material around and was shipped in a very thin box. It was not the correct fender but it was bent badly. I attempted to contact the company with NO resolution. VERY frustrating. Good luck if you buy something from them. IF you need to contact them, best wishes.

I order some parts for my trailer and paid the 3 day express shipping charge. It was 5 day until I received my order. They sent me the wrong parts. They took 2 days deciding what to do and then refused to over night the parts to me. I did not receive the parts in time to fix my trailer before my vacation. I will never order parts from them again.
