I have purchased through there on line store a few time, easy process from photo to payment. Both items arrived ahead of time which was a bonus, they were exceptionally well packed so you know it’s going to arrive safe and secure. Any queries were easily answered by a quick response. Both my items came postage free which really makes it a great deal for us buyers. I’d highly recommend this company, they are my goto for any rv parts as they ship so smartly.

Parts were cheap and website was smooth. Took the money.
Delivery was a different matter. They use different ware houses in each state, and different transport agents.
They did not supply a tracking number until demanded
The courier handed to another courier who could not deliver to my address.
Nothing up front on their website
