Rear Hubcap

I had great difficulty locating the hubcaps for my RV, as I had lost one rear hubcap. Even though my RV is built on a Ford frame, the Ford dealership near me gave me no help. The records I have from the previous owner finally gave me a clue. I installed my hubcaps easily and they look great!! They were delivered promptly, also.

Disappointed - no longer (updated)

Update: I was able to reach a representative and was given an update on my order so I think it was just their tracking system that did not update. My order is ready for me to pick up. Yes!

I have yet to receive my order. I called two days ago and left a message with no return call.

So great to work with. Responsive. Did the research to make sure I got the right item, and even gave me options - one of which was much less expensive. Great experience!

My experience with this company in the…

My experience with this company in the beginning was favorable. When I ordered leaf springs for my fifth wheel, as one broke while traveling to my destination, I called and spoke to the owner. He helped with finding the right leaf spring and said it would possibly ship the next day on 12/29/22. Due to the Hollidays it didn’t arrive until 1/6/23. I spoke to the owner on 1/3/23 asking if the order shipped, as I hadn’t received a tracking number and an invoice. He said he would check with the warehouse where he had ordered from and the status of my order. In fairness to the company I understood that the weekend and New Year’s was a factor. On 1/4/23 after not receiving a Ship date I ordered leaf springs from a local trailer company who had them in stock. I called Richard and asked if I could return the order I had placed with him as I couldn’t wait any longer. Richard recommended to refuse the order when it came and a credit would be made. The rv park owner confirmed the order arrived on 1/6/23 from USPS and refused the order. USPS Confirmed the Oder was refused and the order was returned to the sender on 1/7/23. To date I haven’t received a credit!!! I’ve called Richard and he reported he requested he would place a trace on the the order. On 1/25/23 I called USPS that had documented the “return to sender” and they reported no trace had been asked for and she would put a trace to all USPS distribution centers and to call back on 1/30/23. I’ve emailed and called Richard several times in the last few days without any response nor have I received a credit. Presently I am out over $700.00. I’m still waiting for a response and/or reimbursement from RVPARTSHOP despite the fact that the return was verified by USPS. I understand that RVPARTSHOP staff are busy, but I am disappointed that I haven’t received a response from them or reimbursement for an item returned unopened on 1/7/23.

I ordered a part and RV Part Shop…

I ordered a part and RV Part Shop canceled my order with no explanation. Then they raised the price of the same part. I ordered it again at the higher price (nearly 300usd more) and now after 3 weeks the part has not shipped nor can I talk to an actual person to cancel the order. Horrible service and overall experience. I will not be using RV Part Shop for anything again.
