We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.
We have many years of experience in taking care of all our customers’ eye care needs and concerns. We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.
Our practices are located in Crystal Palace, East Dulwich Purley, Sydenham, Welling, and West Norwood. We look forward to welcoming you to the renowned Woodfalls experience.

The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

I’ve had such a great experience with…
I’ve had such a great experience with the West Norwood branch. I had an eye ulcer a month ago, was booked in straight away and monitored for 3 days with no problems with finding an appointment. Tulsi and Richard have both been very helpful in giving me all the information on after care and figuring out what to do going forward. Great communication and customer service from reception! Would highly recommend this branch for taking care of their customers.
