I placed an order and still have not received my product and it has now been 3 weeks. I have contacted the pharmacy in which they also have tried to contact Remadesimple with no reply and no call back. Finally told them that I will be doing a charge back in which they finally replied with they will refund me and still send in my prescription to the pharmacy....it is now been a week and they still have not replied to my numerous texts, emails and calls. They have not sent in my prescription like they said they would nor have they refunded me. very unprofessional.
