I recently purchased the Constructor BnB programme and I’m about 60% of the way through the main content. There is so much practical and business information in there and so many helpful tools we can personalise when creating our own businesses. - which not only saves so much time in getting the right things in place but also gives us the best chance of not making any costly mistakes on our own. On top of the courses and ‘classroom content’ the weekly calls and masterclasses have been extremely helpful and supportive, with everyone bringing real questions or example properties and getting practical, genuine real-world advice.
This week I had a couple of questions that weren’t particularly mainstream, but Ryan still took the time to answer them fully, thoughtfully and in detail, which I really appreciated.
What really stands out is that Ryan has genuinely walked the walk. He’s not a fly-by-night property “guru” promoting questionable systems, persuasive scripts to use on vulnerable people or overly creative strategies. Everything is grounded in real experience, a proper business that can be put into practice, with lots of examples from the niche sector property business he has built, run and continues to run today. That gives huge confidence that what’s being taught.
His new book is also excellent. I expected to just skim it and pick it up later, but once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. It’s very readable and broken into easy, digestible chunks, but still packed with practical “how to” information and business strategy sense.

The community is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and Ryan has created a genuinely strong learning environment. The whole programme is excellent value for money. I also really appreciate his no-fluff, non-salesy, straight-talking style — open, honest, and based on real experience rather than hype.

Ryan takes this students through each step of the process to get a successful serviced accommodation business targeted at contractors, off the ground. It covers sourcing properties, marketing, pricing, financing, legals and much more. He really does hand hold throughout your journey and offers opportunities to have regular Zoom calls and specific workshops with him. Highly recommended.

It has been around a couple of months since I’ve joined the Ryan’s contractorbnb course. I’ve got to say I’ve learned so much, the process about contractorbnb from start to end, the pitfalls to avoid, etc. compared to other courses I’ve bought this one is great for its value. There is also weekly calls for if you have any queries so it’s not just a video course but there’s other types of help and support you will have and theres a great community which motivates you to push yourself.
