Right rip off

I bought 2 notebooks on a buy one get one half price offer l when I got home I discovered they were gridded rather than lined pages . Took them back the next day with the receipt and it took two members of staff 15 mins to work out how to let me exchange them for two identically priced lined ones. They even made me pay extra for them.

appalling service

this is the second time i’ve visited Rymans in kensington high street london and the staff seem stressed out moody and rude i work in retail and would lose my job if i spoke to anyone like they do when you say thank you they don’t reply one of them at the post office desk was bullying there colleague right before my eyes they need training in customer service very very poor service with hostile staff as for the western union service they offer 2 hours wait to send money ridiculous bad service

Joshua at Telford is an asset to the team.

Joshua at the Telford branch was absolutely fantastic. Quite easily the best service I’ve ever received.

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and proactive as he helped me with photocopying. Joshua gave me great recommendations which was appreciated. The service was very personable and attentive overall.

The manager at the Cheltenham Ryman…

The manager at the Cheltenham Ryman store (Matt) was extremely helpful and courteous recently when I needed some assistance in producing an online Photo/Calendar. Not being too IT skilled, Matt went out of his way to produce the actual Calendar for me.
I am a regular Ryman Customer and will continue to recommend the shop.

DAMAGED GOODS

I'm deaf and non-vocal with limited mobility, I'm a wheelchair user. I ordered 2 x 133Ltr storage bins which were delivered on 3rd February. One of the bins was damaged, I reported it to customer service and provided photo evidence, who tells me they will consult with their supplier before considering a replacement and could take up to 12 days.

I reminded them of their legal responsibility to provide me with undamaged items, they refuse to raise a formal complaint as per my request.
If you want to avoid this kind of drama, you might want to give these a wide birth.

yesterday I rang up the Ryman’s in East…

yesterday I rang up the Ryman’s in East cheap and spoke to the wonderful Millie who went and checked that she had to self inking stamp that I needed , To save an unnecessary journey.

when I went in to order it, she was extremely helpful in setting it up correctly, and the stamp was ready in three hours.

I would like to say how very much I appreciated her expert and friendly help.

Outstanding Customer Service and Print quality

I arrived late on Friday afternoon at Ryman in Coventry city centre with a large and urgent printing job and was met with nothing but kindness, patience, and professionalism. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help, despite it being late in the day. The print quality was excellent, and their support made a very difficult day much easier. Truly outstanding customer service.

I had a very tricky printing project and Youssou in the Wimbledon branch was fantastic. He persevered and worked out a solution with great patience. I am delighted with the end result.

Cali at the Chichester Branch is a star 🌟

This morning Sunday December 7th 2025 I went to the Chichester Branch with a request for a document (book) of 50 colour pages to be copied onto a memory stick. It was more complicated because not all the pages were A4. Cali who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. She gave very helpful advice and very efficiently carried out the job in hand. Cali then invited me to look at the result on their computer screen to make sure I was happy with the result. I couldn’t be happier and was able to send the file off to the Reviewer that afternoon who was waiting for it. Everybody in the Chichester branch is hugely helpful but special thanks to Cali for today ! A thousand thanks !😊

Doesn't seem to know it's ass from its elbow... Big sign on the door saying passport photos for Christmas here! I went in, can i gave passport photo ..." we don't do passport photos." ...... I'm guessing someone put the sign on the windowsill and they must read what's on their windowsill

George in the Abergavenny store was fantastic! Went through different options, suggested products and did a fantastic job with a last minute printing job which turned out much better than i expected. Thank you! My first visit but based on my experience definitely wont be the last.

Ordered a electric bin. Its awful doesnt open the lid half of the time makes constant buzzing noise and is problematic. Was asked to make a video of the issue. I only had it one day. I am

Failed to deliver

When i ordered a product with them they refunded me on the day I was ment to receive it and told me over the phone this it was because they were out of stock, this was not shown on the website, it's a clear sign of poor management.

Be careful at the checkout and always double-check the amount of the check. They just charged me 2.88 for printing one (!) black and white sheet.of course it’s nothing, but unpleasant. (Real price is lower than £1)

Rymans Reading Berkshire

I was looking for a large condolence card for staff and colleagues at my place of work in Reading. One of my colleagues' husband passed away recently and I needed a large A4 card as there would be a lot of signatures. I couldn't find one in any of the card shops and usually use Moonpig but had a good idea to buy some thick card from Rymans and design my own. I enquired on Fri 15th Aug and a staff member told me I could design my own if I downloaded the app which I did. It wasn't easy though so not a great app. Staff haven't had training on it as you're meant to create the documents yourself and send it to Rymans just to print. I found it very frustrating so I went into the store and was helped by Cally and Dean. Cally patiently helped me with uploading and editing and we finally created one and she printed it off within half an hour. They were so helpful and patient and really lovely too. I will certainly be using this system again.

Ilford exchange (9am) today 04 August 2025. Never again!!
So this is the first time I ever entered l Rymans and I know I will never have anything to do with that shop.
I went to print few things he said service charge is £2.50 I was a bit shocked so I asked ow how come! He said he shouted I don’t make the rules! So I went ahead watching him closely his body language and how he was responding to any other questions I had. I politely told him that I could see he wasn’t happy when I asked why he rudely said it’s not about being happy or not he doesn’t make the rules and I said he’s the face of Rymans so he needs to be patient with customers and he didn’t even apologize he just went about his day.
