Email Rynw as Unable to contact company through website after purchase

Set up subscription which I wanted to cancel but unable to “Manage Subscription” as repeatedly says this company does not exist?
Have emailed them in the hope of cancelling subscription
04.06.26 UPDATE Rynw replied to my email and cancelled my subscription.

Hi, thank you for your patience with this, and I'm sorry for the worry it caused.

You did nothing wrong, the "Manage Subscription" page was showing that error because our website was experiencing an outage at the time, which temporarily affected the account and billing pages. I completely understand how alarming it must have looked to see "this company does not exist" right when you were trying to manage your own subscription.

The moment you emailed us we were able to step in and cancel the subscription for you, and I'm glad we got it sorted quickly. If there's anything still outstanding or anything else you need, please don't hesitate to reach me directly at Jasmine@rynw.com.

I previously wrote a review on 9th May…

I previously wrote a review on 9th May stating that I suspected this company to be a scam. I no longer believe this to be the case. However, the vitamins I ordered have not been delivered, and it has taken two requests for my money to be refunded.
Update: 4th June, yesterday the vitamins I ordered 26 days ago were delivered. I was surprised to see that they were sent from China.

Older but not wiser

I orderd it after reading their sales talk. After reading it again it was obvious it had been written by their PR agency. I also noted that the photo was carefully poised so no face was showing. As soon as you clicked on you found there was a special offer on! You would think at my age you would be a bit wiser. Won't order again. Like others it took ages to arrive.

I'm not sure

I bought the Vitamin Complex after reading the companies info. It has taken 13 days for them to arrive. They have kept me up to date with tracking info which has made it obvious that the product is not made in the UK.
What I read prior to ordering & after ordering (I was sent a lot of information to read) led me to believe the company & product were of UK origin. The tablets I ordered have arrived today & would appear to have been sent from China. As I'm now concerned this is a scam they won't be taken but thrown away. That's a lesson learnt.

Company newly registered, reviews can’t be correct.

I take vit b and was interested in trying this brand. On reading the small feedback on here I was not encourage that the Company was only registered in May. The person in the article talks about what a difference it made over a few weeks……. This is not right when it has only recently been registered.
I won’t be touching it.

Dealt with Jasmine who I found to be very helpful and pleasant. It’s the first time I have dealt with this company and can recommend them.

I previously left a review regarding an issue but however since found out after further communication the situation was not their fault and outside their control .I was grateful for their understanding so need to reflect this in my review

Hello Susie, thanks for the comment, I'd genuinely like to clear this up.

I understand the instinct to be cautious, there's a lot online to be wary of. But the praise we get isn't coming from our adverts, it's coming from real customers. You'll find their reviews on our website and across our social channels, often with their own photos and in their own words. That's exactly the kind of thing we'd encourage you to look at, because it's customers speaking for themselves, not us speaking for them.

I'll be honest, it's a little tough to receive a one-star rating from someone who hasn't bought from us or reached out with a single question first. We're a young business that cares a lot about getting this right, and a doubt raised from the outside is something we'd have loved the chance to answer directly.

Hey David, I'd love the chance to clear this up because the claim isn't quite accurate.

We actually do have reviews, both on our website and across our social channels, where real customers share their experiences (many with photos). They're easy to find, so do feel free to take a look for yourself.

I'll be honest with you, it does feel a little unfair to receive a negative review on a young business from someone who hasn't bought the product or reached out to us first. We've poured a lot into getting this right, and a rating left on sight alone doesn't really reflect us.

We're a newer business and we genuinely care about getting things right for every customer. If you ever had a question or a doubt, you could have emailed us anytime, and we'd have been more than happy to help. That offer absolutely still stands.

The one thing we can't do much with is a review from someone who hasn't ordered from us yet, simply because there's no experience for us to learn from or put right. But if you do decide to give us a try and we ever fall short, we'll own it and fix it. That's a promise we can keep.
