Site was easy to navigate & received a quick response via e-mail. Payment was relatively easy, even though my 1st attempt to pay via my AMEX card did not go through. Would recommend that this option not be available to venues not accepting an AMEX Card.

Thanks for the feedback Heather. We usually accept the payments on the properties behalf, and can accept Amex. We do have strict security verification on all credit card payments, so perhaps that was the issue. I know that Amex business cards do not have 3D secure verification. Is your card a business card perhaps?

I think the experience would be easier/better if you guys had a booking app instead of having to use the web. However the overall experience was good.
