I had an unfortunate experience with my shipment, including a replacement package that arrived without the actual product. While the situation was frustrating, I was genuinely impressed by Saalt's customer service. Their team responded with kindness, took responsibility, sent another replacement without any hassle, and stayed in touch until everything was finally resolved. My final package arrived safely, and everything was exactly as expected. Mistakes can happen with any company, but the way Saalt handled the situation showed that they truly care about their customers. Thank you for your outstanding support!

Update: The customer service team reached out after I posted my review to apologize and offer a gift card for the trouble. The gesture was appreciated, as I know some other companies would not have cared enough about their customers to do anything. It doesn't totally make up for all the time and effort spent trying to sort out this issue, but it is nice to know they care. I have used their products for years, and know the things they make are of good quality regardless of issues with customer service. I sincerely hope not to encounter any other problems with Saalt in the future.

Original: I have been using Saalt products for years, and I have recommended them to anyone I know with a period many times. However, some ongoing issues with the website and customer service response have completely discouraged me from making future purchases or recommendations.

When trying to buy multiple pairs of the same product, the sale price listed for the specific size, color, and absorbency I was looking at was shown clearly and multiple times on the product listing page, but the sale price did not carry over to the shopping cart when attempting to purchase the items. I tried reloading the website, using a different browser, clearing my cart and adding the same items again, but every time I encountered the same issue. I immediately submitted a support request through the website's Contact Us form, hoping to get the issue resolved before the sale ended, but never received a response.

After several weeks of waiting for a response, I submitted another request through the Contact Us form as well as sending an email directly to the customer service email address, hoping I might still be able to complete my purchase with the sale price. I did receive a response to my email weeks later, but it completely dismissed my concerns and offered no actual solution. Despite trying multiple times to fix the problem, seeking assistance immediately after encountering the issue, and having multiple screenshots clearly showing the price discrepancy for the specific product, size, and color I was attempting to buy, no resolution was provided. The response entirely dismissed my concerns, stating that the item was back to full price by that time and recommended "keeping an eye out for our sale collection."

This was incredibly frustrating, as I decided to make my purchase at that time specifically because I had been watching the sale prices. I was unable to complete my order because of issues with their website, and the lack of support from customer service meant the sale was over by the time I received any response weeks later.

I will not be paying almost twice as much for the items without the sale price because of problems beyond my control. I have seen several other reviews referencing the poor customer service lately, and I am quite disappointed in how the quality has decreased over time. The products may be of good quality, but not worth the frustration and wasted time caused by the ordering and customer service issues.

Customer service is good but terribly slow and shipping to Europe is plain terrible. Do not order to Europe is my recommendation. Ordered two discs who where stuck at a facility for a month and where then considered lost in transit. Contacted the company who gave me a full refund and shipped a new set (I did not choose this and had already bought my discs from another company), unfortunately they chose to ship with FedEx (which is terrible in Sweden) so now the shipment is lost in transit again. Customer service took more than a working week to respond to questions each time.

I purchased a menstrual disc. I had some difficulty with it, so reached out to customer service with my questions. After a couple of weeks I'd heard nothing, so I emailed again. Eventually I had to give up waiting for a response as my returns window was coming to an end, so just returned the disc. In hindsight I probably just needed the smaller size - they might have been able to advise me, had they ever decided to respond to my queries, but given the lack of any customer support, I would be very wary of buying from them again.

The cup is really comfortable however the stem breaks so easily. I have ordered this cup twice and the stem broke in just over a year and when I told them they said the warranty is only for a year. Like seriously aren’t cups meant to last for years? It’s really outrageous to pay £30 just to use for a year.

Do not order from Europe
It takes more than a month to arrive and it makes you pay about 30 euros custom fees, not worth it at all!!!

I ordered this product 2 weeks ago, and tracking tells me it still won’t arrive until 13th December. If I had known this I would not have ordered.

It was the highest high followed by the lowest low. It went in easy, immediate comfort, couldn’t tell it was there, no leaks. BUT removal was traumatic and awful. Took about an hour and in the end it had to be done in a warm bath to try ro relax. It's a shame for a product to prioratise penetrative sex experience/selling point over comfort and ease of removal for the person using it. I am too afraid to use this again, google was telling me to seek medical attention for removal but I was too stubborn and persisted. I watched saalt video guidance, tried everything honestly. I cried a lot and I was alone and felt silly for trying it.

I admire their commitment in solving social issues involving women and I truly like their products.

I’ve been using the saalt menstrual disc for almost a year now and it has changed my period experience. The contraception I am on makes my periods very heavy which was always extremely difficult to manage. The saalt disc makes me almost forget about my periods (if it wasn’t for my cramps ahah). It is so easy to use and comfortable. I did a long hike this weekend with no access to toilets for 5 hours and I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my period without saalt.

Amazing discounts and a well designed website with plenty of info so you can understand. The normal disc wasn’t working well for me, and they replied to my email quickly and sent out a free replacement of the smaller one.

Awesome product. It was exactly what I was looking for : a cute but very very light period underwear. These are prefects! And not to mention : the greatest customer service even after package was lost during postal strikes ! Big shoutouts! 🙌 if they had very light period underwear made with cotton or even better organic cotton it would be ‘le nec plus ultra’!

Thank you saalt for your brilliant customer service and products. I used a menstral cup prior to have my daughter but after a tricky birth left me with some nerve damage I needed to find something more suitable. Saalt were amazing, they gave advise on each product and sent me replacements for free until I found a product that suited me. I've now been using my disc for approximately 18 months, i can almost forget I'm on my period and have recommended saalt to several of my friends.

Struggled all my life with PCOS and the chaotic periods and spotting that came with it, tampons were impossible and pads were annoying and I couldn't stand the clean up or feeling of wearing them.. Ive always been intimidated about products that you just pop up there and leave believing they'd end up stuck somehow and tampons I felt so hyper aware of them all the time.. I tried cups a few years ago but didn't get on well with it.. I thought that was the end of the line until I found discs.. I bought a regular having no idea what sizing to go for but felt I was jamming it up there and it wasn't unfolding correctly, it felt awful... Disappointment started to settle in I thought I'd be back to using pads again but saalt customer service are incredibly smashing and caring in every way, they helped me put in a request to try a smaller disc and I'm so happy they did or I might never of tried. It's insane what a difference it makes and I will be a forever customer and supporter of their discs :) thank you so much.

I ordered the Saalt Menstrual Disc at the end of my last period, and I’m beginning my next cycle soon, and the disc hasn’t arrived. The only update I received is that it’s been “arriving today” for the last 5 days. To get detailed tracking, I have to download a third party app. So ridiculous- delivery isn’t even free, I paid for it! So far really disappointed :(

After being diagnosed with a condition that affects my cervix & other areas, my doctor recommended I try menstrual cups instead of tampons and pads, so after researching I came across the Saalt Cups… and I’m so glad I’ve found this company! I ordered a small sized normal cup to begin with, after delivery I soon realised that this cup wasn’t the right one for me, I’m assuming due to my medical condition I probably needed the soft version of the cup, so after communicating with the lovely agents at Saalt, not only did they recommend some new tricks & techniques for me, the also ordered a replacement cup in the softer silicone completely free of charge!

I couldn’t be more impressed and thankful for the team at Saalt! I’m hoping when the soft cup arrives it solves all my period problems!

Bought a bundle box for my wife who is pulling the plug on disposable products. While at first a little reticent to try the cup, she immediately started using the underwear, and threw out some of her other go-tos as the bottom of her dresser. So far so good.

I’ve been wanting to try period underwear for a long time, both for the environmental and long-term cost benefits, but the initial investment price has always held me back. Not to mention a slight ‘eww’ factor. But I finally tried them and I’m never going back to pads & tampons!
I purchased 4 Saalt period underwear items, 2 heavy & 2 light, and a cup, and the initial cost was a lot less than I expected as they offer discounts when you bundle products. I haven’t tried the cup yet as the underwear has been enough to see me through my period.
The underwear is nicer than my regular underwear! I’m tempted to buy enough so I can just wear them everyday!
The process of rinsing them after wearing was easy and no different than needing to rinse my underwear if I’ve had a leak. Then I used the Saalt laundry bag to wash them each night. I’m planning to purchase more so I don’t need to do laundry each night or two during my period.
I didn’t experience any leakage onto my clothes or bedding, and I quite often leak through an overnight pad at night. So they are definitely absorbent.
The only thing I’d like to see is for the underwear to say on it the level of absorbency, otherwise I’m extremely happy with my purchases and will definitely be buying more.
