We worked with SaaStoAgent on an agent-driven gifting solution for Treya Gifts, our online store for thoughtful, educational, and playful gifts for kids and families.
The main goal was to make product discovery easier for customers who may not know exactly what to buy. Many people choose gifts based on age, occasion, budget, interests, or learning value, so we wanted something more helpful than regular product browsing. SaaStoAgent helped us shape an AI gifting agent that could guide users through these choices and suggest more suitable products.
What made the experience good was that they did not treat it as only a technical task. They spent time understanding how customers actually make gifting decisions and helped us design the agent around that journey. They asked useful questions, explained tradeoffs clearly, and helped refine the flow so the agent felt practical and aligned with our brand.
One thing they did well was combining AI agent development with product thinking. The solution was not just a chatbot placed on the website. It was planned as a guided shopping assistant that could ask follow-up questions, understand intent, and support more personalized gift discovery.
The team was responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. The main improvement I would suggest is more upfront documentation around the recommendation logic and agent rules, as that would make handover and internal understanding smoother.

We really enjoyed working with Treya Gifts on this project. Gift discovery can be difficult when customers are choosing based on age, occasion, budget, interests, or learning value, so it was important for us to shape the agent around the real buying journey, not just add a chatbot to the website.
