They offer tours and entrances to various Spanish venues. They take the payment for the booking These are then subcontracted to unverified local operatives who don't turn up.
We waited an hout for our booked tour in Seville. We finally managed to get through on the supplied telephone number, only to be told that the tour was cancelled. No apology.
Sacatuentrada.es were contacted many times for the promised refund. They only speak Spanish and refused to help. No answer by email or WhataApp.
Our credit card compalny finally reversed the payment.
