I have been with Sadaf for 4 years now and highly recommend her. The choice of treatments are second to none and she is always up to date with what's what in the aesthetics world. The clinic is gorgeous and a treat to go to. Sadaf knows her stuff and will recommend the best treatment for your concern and one that gives you the most bang for your buck. She is straight talking and won't sell you something that won't work for you or that you don't need. She takes an approach where different treatments might more effective than just one. Recently I had a sofwave treatment finished off with some co2 laser on my neck as it needed a little something extra. I am so pleased. She trains her staff to her own exacting standards so if she can't do the treatment you know you are in good hands. The whole team are lovely especially Sophia who is front of house and is so calm and efficient . They also run good offers too so well worth keeping an eye out for those.

I have been with Sadaf for 5 years now. I couldn't be more happier and I feel so lucky to have met her and her team. She is super professional, never pushes for treatments, has a super knowledge of the latest treatments available in the market. Friendly environment and fair prices. Her team is also amazing and competent. When people ask me what I do to look 10 years younger, I reply "I just do Sadaf".

I have done Pico láser at this beautiful clinic, this was mainly to treat my dark spots/pigmentation in the underarm area and a few on the neck/chin area from previous acne scarring.

After only one session I can already see significant improvement, can’t wait for my next session!

I’m so impressed with my results from laser genesis and medical needling treatments. It was a bit of an investment time wise but has really improved my acne scarring and pigmentation. Sadaf is so knowledgable and helped me with my skincare regime to work alongside my treatments. The team are so lovely, I’ll definitely be back!

I had a negative experience following a Botox treatment with Sadaf here. She hit a nerve during the procedure, which caused significant pain for about a month. The pain was unbearable every time the area was touched, with sharp sensations shooting along the nerve — and I have a high pain tolerance. While I understand complications can happen, what mattered was the response afterwards — I didn’t make accusations or ask for compensation; I simply asked for guidance on how to manage it, but instead I was met with a very defensive and unsupportive response.

This was especially disappointing given I had spent thousands at this clinic on other treatments. The clinic looks great and that initially gave me confidence, but based on how this was handled, I no longer trust them to deal with complications appropriately.

Great clinic with very professional staff. My girlfriend recommended I try their bespoke facial for men’s skin and was really impressed with the results. Would definitely recommend.

I had a couple sessions of the laser vein removal treatment earlier in the year and was really disappointed with the results. It is an incredibly expensive and painful treatment which I was hoping would improve the appearance of thread veins across my face and legs but not only did it not work, in some areas it brought out even more veins. I am aware that multiple treatments are sometimes needed but as I had had such a poor experience I was really sceptical to spend more time and money on this. I was offered another short treatment on my legs to try and rectify the situation but as the treatment was ineffective this was not much of a solution.

A very relaxed environment, staff are lovely and Sadaf is very thorough when explaining your treatment options and honest about what you can expect before, after and during. Definitely would recommend having a consultation if you are considering any aesthetics and getting her advice. I will definitely be back!

I’ve had a micro needling session that left me with an inflamed rash on my face, and suffered horrible face acne which I’ve never had before. I’ve had micro needling treatment before, but never with an aesthetician as unprofessional is this clinic.
I have pictures to show inflamed rash on my face, but can’t upload them here.

Super Disappointing! She said she would do the laser hair removal procedure herself but then her colleague did. She said she would help fix my skin from pigmentation after laser and didnt even follow up or help. She said she would assign creams and didn’t even bother! I have never been so disappointed with anywhere like this before.

Have had a number of treatments done with Sadaf Jaffari, the best in her field.

They have the best hair removal treatment there is available! For years I have wasted money on hundreds of hair removal machines and none have worked for my facial hair, UNTIL NOW. Have had a couple sessions with Sadaf and the results have left me speechless.

Not to mention the TruSculpt Flex is one of my favourite machines and has definitely helped me achieve the bum I’ve always wanted along side my very basic gym routine.

I had a deeply unfortunate experience with this clinic. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities, I was not get paid. They misled me and took my money, they still owe me money.
After resigned, they sent me a threatening letter attempting to silence me.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this clinic.

Staff is not friendly

Sadaf is warm, friendly and an expert aesthetician recommended to me by a make-up artist.
The salon is welcoming & I’m so pleased with the treatment which has made me look & feel more relaxed & boosted my confidence

My experience at the clinic exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing and professional. The staffs were very friendly and informative which made me feel at ease.
I'd say only Dr. Sima and Sadaf can touch my face and body in London. They know what they're doing and really care of you.
