Worst Customer Service, they don't even reply after 2 working days.
They don't provide anything and keeps you hanging.
They don't care about you and provides worst possible service.

Your rdp is so so slow and I have been facing reconnecting issues since I buy rdp from you my other RDP's working properly. Your support team is also non-supportive. I surely consider purchasing rdp from another company.

All the time online. with great speed. Quick reply when we want to know some thing. Overall good.

Customer Services are quite weak. Yes, the RDPs are available in competitive price with good number of pre-installed software but some times the speed is so slow to allow working.
However, still the services are recommended with adjustment / addressing the hiccups.
