Amazing necklace my daughter loved hers we wore on our holidays

I ordered a necklace for my grandaughters birthday she absolutely loved it. My other grandaughter asked for one to so I ordered another. Service was excellent and delivery so fast. Will be ordering again and would highly recommend this jewellery great quality 👌

I ordered a ring for my sister for her birthday & it was delivered by Amazon delivery, they left it on my door step in full view from the street & i was away for a couple of days. I got home & it wasn't there. I got in touch with Saege & explained what had happened & they immediately sent me another one out at their expense. I couldn't be happier with their customer service department. Also the ring was beautiful when it came.

Had trouble with a necklace but Saege sorted problem very quick. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

I am trying to reach the customer service for over a month now. I wanted to return the items simply because the bracelets are too big for my wrists but the company is unreachable. I texted them via their contact form, e-mail and Instagram account. It is so ridiculous! No phone number available, you as a customer take over the return costs and get such a customer service in return.
