Stuart provide an excellent service. Going above and beyond. He quickly fixed the issue with the door, very polite and knowledgeable. He even showed me how to change the handle which required changing due to a separate issue. Made the entire process easy and pain free. Thanks Stuart!

Really nice guy to deal with, very quick and efficient to help us at the shop with locks that just didn't work . In the end the problem was the door itself and the locks had to be moved. I would highly recommend Stuart Ebbage and have filed a business card for my home should any of my family need a locksmith.

I had a very quick response to my request for a call-out to view what I thought was a damaged/faulty lock. As it goes - it was not a faulty lock but a faulty door handle.
The engineer COULD have said it was a faulty lock - I probably would not have been the wiser. So I very much appreciate his honesty. He arranged for delivery of the new door handle and showed me how to install it.

I would recommend this operative Mr. Stuart Ebbage and company again to anyone. He originally installed window locks and front door lock & Veranda door lock when I moved to new premises.

We had some additional keys cut with Stuart for our local rowing club. The keys were cut very quickly and arrived the next day. I can't fault the service I received and would recommend Safe and Secure Locksmith.
