If I could give zero I would they are paying people for reviews. Scammed my 80 year old nan out of £900 be warned! They take money out of vulnerable people thinking they dont have family there to check up on them! Bank are investigating this as serious fraud please do not fall for this scam! I have there names and addresses karma will reach you!

This is a scam, we were insured with a genuine company and they obviously had knowledge of their customers and appliances. Since February they have taken 4 unauthorised payments totalling over £500. We have contacted the bank and they have agreed it is fraud and will reimburse the money and issue new cards. I have tried the phone number and can get no reply.

If I could give a lower score I would. Alex and Cameron are disgraces to the business world. I wouldn’t recommend buying my from them or working for them. The entire set up is a money grab scam and they’re operating under false promises. Signing up new employees on full time salaried contracts to them dismiss them after they refuse to move onto commission only. They have broken labour laws with this bait and switch of contracts and I will be seeking further legal action into this unfair and illegal dismissal. Although under a probationary period the reason for dismissal wasn’t down to any negligence or incompetence on employees part it was down to financial incentives for Alex and Cameron. They are young, improperly educated, unprofessional individuals and I hope they learn their lesson with this situation as I will not be letting it go. A former employee. EDIT: the owners of the company saw this review and WITHHELD OWED WAGES. I have text messages relating to the dispute and can provide further details of phone conversations if required. Thank you to Stephanie for allowing me to get these. I am appalled with the company who have been rude, aggressive and tried to intimidate me over the phone after not me raising not being paid owed monies. I will 1000% be taking this to Small Claims Court. STEER CLEAR!!!

SECOND EDIT: Responding to the ‘business’ ‘response’. Thank you for replying Alex, Cameron or Stephanie - as you well know the payment was due in on 5/6 for time worked - which is the legal way to have employees - you withheld payment stating that it was because of this review on a telephone conversation over WhatsApp. You then tried to appeal this review which was declined as this is all factual - they wouldn’t keep up a fraudulent review remember that. You cannot hire people, give them a set time period to train and learn the scripts, and then fire them within that set time period for something that they weren’t required to have done yet. You are lucky this hasn’t been taken to ACAS I would recommend leaving this alone now and focusing on building a business that is legitimate.

I spoke with Cameron who was very helpful and polite. my washing machine was clogging up and wasn’t draining correctly turns out it was a simple fix with a new filter.

They rang me to say my cover expires on my washing machine, thankfully I couldn’t update at the time of the call, I told 5em to ring back. Thankfully again I missed that call because when I went back to my policy to renew, I found my cover wasn’t with safeguard it was with a different company and still had 6 months on my plan.

Not sure how this all happened. Tried to finalise with a person called Alex but they added way more fees than we agreed. I told them I’d call them back but after that no answer. I saw they’d tried to take money out of my bank account a few days later! Really disappointed in Alex, he should know better.

Took warranty out with safe guard in November which was lucky as my dishwasher packed up just after Christmas. Really surprised how quickly my dishwasher was replaced. After speaking to a guy named Jacob they had my replacement sent out the same week. Excellent and helpful customer service.
