Safeguard Pest Control Opiniones

I've been using Safeguard pest control for a few years now and they are always punctual, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Joe, today went above and beyond to treat my ant problem. He gave me some very useful information and was super helpful. I recommend this company to anyone looking at getting pest control done.

Both Davids were great when they came out to investigate and complete the treatment, excellent work to fix a problem early, before turning into a bigger one. Highly recommend using these guys.

The inspectors from SafeGaurd are great. Arrived on time, very thorough and took the time to explain ways to reduce risks of termites and pests. Trustworthy service that we have used for years and will continue to use.

I'd like to thank Safeguard for helping to control our termite problem - and in particular I want to thank Joe, who has given excellent personal attention to our case.

Joe is able to give invaluable advice not only on spotting and identifying signs of termite presence but on simple renovation actions to remove the means by which termites can gain entry, and alleviate the moist conditions that attract them.

His honest and professional attitude, thoroughness, and patience to give detailed advice and explanations to a layman makes us feel highly valued as customers.

Joe from Safeguard Baringa was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and how he was going to tream our house, inside and out. He couldn't have been more helpful.

The work done by Safeguard's service technician Joe was great. He took the time to explain what was done, what I needed to do and had an excellent understanding of what he was doing. I have been using Safeguard for many years now and hope with the change of ownership the service continues to be great. Thanks very much to joe.

Joe the technician who visited us in Woombye today was very friendly and professional - he took the time to explain the process he was undertaking, to suggest changes, and also took a moment to have a good old general chat. We appreciated him today! Thanks heaps Joe.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! NEGLIGENT

The branch dealing in Kent are completely awful. They are terrible, they have led my vulnerable OAP mother into a worse rodent situation than when she first contacted them 2 months ago.

We used this company because they used to be a family owned local business, but ownership has changed and there is a complete lack of integrity, knowledge, and moral code within this business now.

I am completely sickened by how they have treated my mother and put her property in an even more vulnerable situation than she started with.

It is not until we have had these awful events that we investigated- they say they are members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) but they have not undertaken any of the checks / procedures that are advised !!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Every year we use Safeguard Pest Control. They are always super friendly and a knowledgeable team.

I was previously a Pro Active Pest Control customer however since Safeguard have procured the business I have had the pleasure of Garry servicing a number of units for both termite inspection and pest control over the past year. What an absolute pleasure both he and Kirsty in the office are to deal with.
Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never had a pest control before that was so thorough and informative.
Mark put in the extra mile! He was respectful and friendly. Thank you !
