Took out a Motorcycle Policy with them and then cancelled the same day as they was asking to be sent further details one detail could not send so cancel waited 5days then told them still not received my refund was informed that if not recieved refuned in another 10 days get in touch. I find this totally unacceptable my money got transferred to them immediately but they need a couple of weeks to transfer back.

Missing a star because I didn’t use my policy and had to cancel but Jake was very helpful from the customer service chat

Setting up the policy was easy, no pressure when I called up asking a few questions about the online quote. After completing the online process I got a call to make sure the details were correct, and the documents were sent straight after. Best price I could find for my modified car!

Over 1k cheaper than competitors, so had my attention straight away.
Filled all the forms in and spoke to a member of staff to verify all my info was correct.
Very polite and friendly, made to feel valued and not just a money source.
1st time using these so only time will tell.

Amazing help from Luke T while sorting my insurance out, needing quite an extensive list of modification added to my insurance Luke too the time to go through everything with me in good time, I didn't feel rushed or that I was 'just another consumer' excellent work and amazingly helpful. Highly recommend the company for and modified insurance, was nice and cheap too.

Worst Company Ever - Total Scam!

This company is the definition of a money-hungry scam. Their sole purpose is to drain your wallet with misleading tactics and shady policies. They lure you in with fake promises and then rob you blind with hidden fees.

Stay far away from these crooks! They don't care about you or your needs—just their bottom line. If you value your money and sanity, avoid this company like the plague. You've been warned!

Never heard of Safely Insured and it was only down to some deep diving on search engines I came across them, I initially completed my application online, and was given a very competitive price, my car is highly modified and the underwriter is the same as my current provider, but much cheaper than my current broker, I contacted them on the day before my policy expired, and was up and running in no time, there is a further security verification process to complete, whereby they request a DVLA code, so they can confirm identity and if you have any points on your license, proof of no claims, and a picture of your driving licence.
The chap I spoke to was Luke, and on both occasions was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
On my initial dealings with Safely Insured the experience has been extremely positive, and think if they was more visible to the wider community, would have a far greater take up, as they are £200 cheaper than my previous insurer, you have to ask yourself how this is possible, and did my previous insurer operate bigger profit margins, or are some insurers sold more lucrative deals, whatever it is you can’t go wrong getting insurance through these guys.

I've been using safely insured for almost 3x years now. As my company has grown over the years the team have been extremely helpful. When my renewal terms come through I always check to see if what I'm paying is a fair amount & no other company has yet to beat them on price.
Whenever I have questions I always contact Nowal who's customer service to date has been faultless, nothing is too much trouble. She is extremely knowledgeable & quick to give me guidance.
I would highly recommend giving this company a go. I have never had any issues with them and they've saved me a lot of money over the years.

A simple mistake was made and notified but they said “tough luck” basically and still charged us full price for nothing.

I have just renewed my car insurance with Safely Insured again. I was dreading what price my renewal quote would come in at, as I’d heard of other people’s price increasing by £3-400 for highly modified cars and with me now having 6 points, but I was pleasantly surprised with the small increase in last years premium that I now had. I’d definitely recommend Safely Insured to everyone, as I’ve only had good experiences with them and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I spoke to Luke about getting insurance on another car. He was brilliant to deal with and managed to get me a quote that beat competitors by over £300. I've got two other cars with safely and they've consistently been good to deal with.

Great insurance company. Gave me the best price compared with comparison websites. Customer service is excellent as I felt like I was speaking to a person and not moody robot reading off the screen. I have just renewed with them for the 3rd time. Also when they say they will call back, they do unlike others.

Have used these guys many times over the last decade or so to insure a range of different performance cars, and they always come out cheapest and are generally a pleasure to deal with.

On top of that, I recently informed them of a change to my policy (private plate) expecting to have to pay a fee, and within minutes they returned my updated policy docs, free of charge!
