Sizes are way off
Wrong size trousers sent initially. I ordered a 14 and was sent a 10.
I then ordered a size 12, which was actually smaller than the size 10.

I've used this company a few times now
I've used this company a few times now, whether buying full price items or from their sale, the items are always as described. I've had one issue with a product due to a manufacturing issue and safety giant went above and beyond to rectify it quickly, I will continue to use this company for my workwear purchases.

Good customer service, but.......
Purchased 2 pairs of safety boots as unsure of correct size.
Pre-purchase support was very good and promptly provided.
Sadly neither pair was suitable, so needed to be returned via a courier, but once again customer service was very good.
Only downside was the cost of returning the boots.
Maybe, if Safety Giant arranged the return at the customers expense, then it would probably be cheaper all round, as they could negotiate / take advantage of courier bulk discounts.
