Find more reliable company
Would not recommend. Non existing customer service, zero communication. Constant overcharging. Impossible to resolve any issues. Lack of respect for long-term customers. Shocking charges if trying to terminate contract earlier. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Do not use this overpriced company
Do not use this overpriced company. They barely turn up to collect anything. They sign you automatically up for auto-enrol contracts for 12 months and expect a 3 month notice period before that - If you try to terminate and don't give 3 months you will be charges 80% of the WHOLE year. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Search around for same services, we saved an absolute fortune for the same (and better reliability) service.

Beware of hidden charges and poor…
Beware of hidden charges and poor service. Even if you have been with them for a long time, they sign you up to a 12 month contract every year and want 3 months notice or a huge penalty payment. They have also increased their prices by 25%.
