I arranged my parents' first Umrah journey in April/May through Safwa Travels. My parents are older and not as good with technology as many people are, so I wanted to find an agency that will be able to guide them throughout their journey. ZAIN from Safwa travels was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to us, which is exactly what we wanted since they were first time travelers.
