Is a complete scam . I bought a ring for almost $200. They sent the wrong one . You cannot call them you cannot leave a review and emailing them is worthless they won't answer. They dropship and I have suspicion they are actually an entirely different co. You can but the exact same rings on temu the chinese junk store. Save your money . They are not handmade to order

Excellent. My husband and I absolutely love our wedding rings. The ring sizers are very accurate and our rings fit perfectly. Delivery of ring sizers and the rings themselves was very quick to Australia. We couldn’t be happier!

From the first email I sent to the just after I got the bands. Their customer service was amazing. They spotted my address was wrong they contacted me straight away. They delivered within record time. The bands themselves are more than I expected. I would go back to this company in a heart beat.

Saga Bands clearly takes pride in their work. Their customer service is impressive and you can’t go wrong with the amazing warranty they offer. To be honest, we noticed a hairline crack in my husband’s wedding band and they responded immediately. I was allowed to keep the slightly cracked ring and they planned to handcraft a brand new one. It was taking a bit of time for them to receive the specific materials required for that particular ring so they offered us any ring of our choice from their website to help accommodate for the wait time. We made our choice and the sent the new ring quite quickly. I’m super happy with Saga Bands and I highly recommend this company for more than the reasons that I mentioned. Thank you Saga Bands. We’re over the moon!!

My husband and I found your bands online and fell in love with the unique craftsmanship. You made ordering and paying easy. Our rings were shipped with care and on our hands within 2 weeks. I found I liked the width of his band more than the narrow, dainty one I had chosen. Contacting Saga was easy and fast. I am now waiting for my new 8mm band. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!

Amazing customer service! Our ring sizing kit delivery was delayed due to slow local mail and we were worried about the ring coming in time for our wedding. The customer service team was amazing and made sure the ring arrived on time. It's exactly as described/pictured online.

So, my wife purchased the Sun god ring for me for our wedding. I didnt know the size of my finger so she purchased the ring i was interested in but had them send the "size kit" they have on their site. The kit only goes to a 13, but if your finger is bigger than that they give you a piece of paper that slips into itself and you measure your finger with that. So i did this and the paper said 13½. We ordered the ring at 13½ and as a little special surprise my wide had the inside lazered with a phrase. We get the ring and its not what they looked like online. Its was an over priced, cheap ring from over seas, and It also didn't fit. It was pretty snug.
So she contacted them and they didn't want to help in any way because the ring was lazered. "We can't resale if they are custom lazered", but you can buy a whole new ring for $85. I was pretty upset, but i understand that people can take advantage of situations, but you should really have a ring sizer kit that you supplied go up to bigger sizes. The piece of paper sizer has so many things that can throw off the accuracy and give you the wrong size, which is what happened to me.
So i let a month go by contemplating if i wanted to spend more money with a company that basically told me im sh*t out of luck, or start from scratch on a whole new ring. I decided to bite the bullet and found the "Battle Angel". It was gold hammered damascus steel ring which i thought, hey this looks and sounds good.
Well, i should've learned my lesson the first time and walked away forever. THIS RING IS ANYTHING BUT STEEL OR DAMASCUS! It is a ultra cheap titanium gold color ring you can purchase a pack of them on Amazon. The damascus hammer marks are made by grinding edges down and etching fake patterns in the titanium. I wouldn't doubt the "gold and meteorite" are 100% fake. PLEASE, do not be fooled by these fake reviews. If you buy anything from here you are definitely way over paying for crap.

ALSO, they review all of their comments and if you don't have a positive review, they won't allow it to be published. Do your research before you purchase. There is a good informative post about them on Reddit.

Saga is fantastic company. I originally ordered the macallan which is a beautiful carbon fiber and whiskey barrel mixed ring. I ordered the wrong size according to an Amazon sizer and didn't account for my knuckle LOL. That was my mistake. $80 replacement. Not a big deal. I ordered the correct size and the ring came and it was beautiful, and fit great. However, due to my demanding lifestyle, working with my hands and lots of hand washing the whiskey barrel wood had cracked. Disappointed. I reached out, and they are going to give me another ring of my choice that is more durable at a handsome discount. I have been in contact with them for months. They have made this a painless process and been absolutely wonderful! This is the type of business you want to deal with. Nobody is perfect but kindness goes a long way, best believe! Over priced and feels cheap. The sizing was a bit off. I wear a 13 in all my rings but this one was tight, they offered to send another for $80 resized properly. So, pay more for an already overpriced ring. There are better and cheaper options out there, pass on Saga.

The rings look awesome and fit perfectly. Took a bit to get here but would definitely order from Sagabands again.

Our ring was beautifully crafted. We definitely will order again. It met and truly exceeded my expectations. The price is extraordinary. The package arrive in a black box and inside was wooden box it's the special touches they add. The company made my purchase 1 to remember FOREVER.

THEY DO NOT HAVE US SIZES! We ordered a size 9 US, confirmed by a jeweler. The ring arrived and is MAYBE a size 6 US. When I emailed Saga, they wanted proof that WE had ordered the right size and wanted a picture of the ring sizer at a jeweler. They also wanted to charge me for the replacement band. I emailed them a photo of a Zales ring sizer chart, showing that the Saga band was about size 6 US, but the silicone ring they sent was the correct size 9 US. They finally agreed to send a replacement for free. When it arrived, guess what. The EXACT same size as the first one - 6 US. I had to email them a 2nd picture showing the rings on a ring sizer chart. I finally asked for a refund as I have moved on to using a different company. The OTHER company sent us the correct, perfect size 9 US. Saga did provide a full refund, but the whole process took about a month of back and forth.

Happy with the service, :) emailed to get mine resized wasnt a drama what so ever.

This is an absolutely perfect ring for my fiance, it came with a silicone band as well, so he can wear that until the wedding and while he's at work. The ring itself is exactly what we wanted, and it has a bit of extra magic in it with the meteor.
