DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Product comes from Shanghai, China though it is shipped from someone in the U.S. The return process is a joke! You can only return product back to China and you must provide a tracking number but you can’t use UPS, DHL or FedEx which leaves USPS. The USPS cannot track anything outside the USA not to mention the high cost to return product to China. On top of this, the product looks nothing like what is displayed on the website. It’s very cheap stamped fabric to mimic the images online. When you reach out to return your product, “Lily” pushes back on your request several times requesting photos, offering a minimal refund to keep the product while offering 30% discount to buy more product. Absolute SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It too three attempts via email to get the return address for a refund. The return address is in china and would have cost close to 100.00 to ship 2 items of clothing that were only worth 108.00.
Be careful yes they advertise full refunds but don’t disclose you have to pay for shipping to china.. Merchandise was poor quality and very small for sizes ordered.

I would not recommend buying from this company-blouses, shirts run very big, customer services would not authorize a return said it was too expensive. Instead they offered a 30% if I reordered. One blouse I ordered was 100% polyester but advertised on website that it was 90% cotton. DO NOT BUY FROM SAGEVELL

Horrible quality! They refuse returns unless you pay for the return shipping to China which is $15-$25! Buyers beware. Please, please don’t waste your money like I did.
I have contacted them several times! Of course they can’t verify me without my order number, doesn’t matter , your response was to send it back on my dime which will cost $15 -$25 . Not acceptable! Buyers beware.
