This company is dreadful, we have got a half built garden room which is still wrong in that the walls are too high to have a pitched roof and the window apperture is too high from the ground. He sent builders who didn't use tools - no spirit level , trowel or building line, consequently the build was taken down once the building inspector saw it. He sent a new crew who parked up on our drive in their caravanette for the night plugged into our electricity. On average the workforce worked for 2- 4 hours a day then disappeared for weeks. Job started in July , now we want him gone for good. He has a scary attitude where he says everything is our fault and we should let these inadequates get on with the job! Beware this company and the new one he has started. Also we paid 50% deposit and are well out of pocket now, seems that is his normal practice. Don't do it !!

5 Months after paying a 50% deposit and after 3 appointments (over several Months) where fitters failed to turn up, Sage WIndows have stopped responding to calls or emails. They have £2800 of my money and I've not had a single window fitted.

I'm now having to take them to court. Use at your peril!

Steer well clear of this company. I paid them in March 2018 for window and never fitted it. And the windows and doors he did fit are all faulty with cracked window frame, door frame and can't even open lounge windows as did not fit pull rings to pull down. He ignored all my recorded delivery letters, then said the window had gone missing. Sent loads of emails over the last 15 months. He then offered to give back my money if I removed negative review. I removed review and he sent me a cheque only for him to cancel it so it bounced. He posted a libellous comment about me on Trustpilot calling me a gold digger. Even telling trustpilot he'd never done any business with me, but he forgets I have all the paperwork and emails he has sent. I hope they can sleep at night.

John and the designed the windows specifically for my needs and I was very pleased with them. Today their customer after sales service was second to none as I had a problem with one of the window handles . They were there the same day and all fixed ! I’m so glad I chose sage windows. We have done business with Sage Windows for years and would highly recommend them for windows, doors and conservatories.
They are extremely honest, reliable and trustworthy and we will
certainly use them again.

We have selected sage windows to replace 5 windows and main door not due to price as we have received similar quotes from other companies but because: 1) John Lepp is a very nice nice person with an easy going character that you can trust his word and he would make sure that everything will be done to high standards 2) the payment schedule is fair (50% deposit and 50% after installation and to your full satisfaction). Our job was delayed for 5 weeks due to problems with the glass company but John informed us straight a way and kept us updated until finally we had our windows and door installed. His team was nice and polite and they listened to our requests regarding the finishing. In the final day, John came personally to see the finishing and asked his team to make sure everything has to be perfect as We kept asking for more touch up in the walls, John and his team listened and did everything we asked with a smile. All rubbish was cleaned from our driveway without any delay or hassle. Everyone kept asking us if we are happy with everything and we have to say this is an excellent customer service from a company that cares about their customers and therefore I would definitely recommend Sage Windows to everyone and use them again in the future if needed. Friendly company and easy to deal with. On the face of it, work looks fine but only weather and time will tell what the quality is like. I am expecting a guarantee of 30 years which means that the work must be superlative.

We were looking to replace the windows and doors in our maisonette in the summer of 2018 and contacted several national and local suppliers.

We found John Lepp from Sage Windows to be professional and knowledgeable, assisting and advising on best configurations and options during the initial stages. His quote was very competitive so, following research on the company, we went with them.

There were no pressure sales techniques, just plain simple information left with us to make our decision.

Interaction with the office was good, at first, and a date set and agreed.

However, just before fitment, a disgruntled ex-employee caused severe business disruption which had the knock-on effect of delaying installation.

The team that arrived to install were professional, courteous and took pride in their work. All the windows and doors fitted without any issues as John had taken the trouble to come back and double check his measurements. Throughout the day, they worked as a team, we often heard “are you happy with … because I think it could be better”, “oh, that’s perfect”. They are a credit to the company, or any other one.

During installation, John visited site to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He apologised for the delay in person, which was another indication of the professional attitude of the company.

Apart from the delay and the anxiety it caused, I would like to say what excellent workmanship they carried out, resulting in a wonderful job which we are very pleased with.

Booked in August for a September fit still not in place. Poor and conflicting communication and refusal to refund, completely unsatisfactory. No support at all in resolution, no dates for fitting and ignoring all correspondence. Very disappointing.

Excellent product expertly fitted at a very reasonable price. Fitting team were polite, friendly and approachable, delivered a fantastic work ethic and displayed an excellent level of professionalism. I could not be more pleased with the results.
