Commande effectuée le 13 septembre , à ce jour ( 10 octobre) pas livrée ! Aucun suivi de livraison. Le service client ne répond pas à mes demandes...

I understand your frustration, and I’m sorry you’re still waiting for your order.

Just to set out the timeline: your order was placed on 13th September and shipped the very next working day, on 14th September. When you emailed us on 28th September, we replied on 30th September to confirm it had been shipped and to explain the likely cause of the delay.

As mentioned in that email, we’ve noticed that French customs are currently holding parcels for much longer than usual. This is affecting a number of our customers in France. Once a parcel has left us, we have fulfilled our part, and what happens to it in French customs is unfortunately outside of our control.

Your parcel is on its way, and I hope it reaches you very soon. Thank you for your patience.

Beautiful products

I ordered 3 products from Saia. The mascara, lip liner and lip stain. All performed beautifully under the duress of a long and busy day running after a toddler.

The customer service was also exceptional and delivery was very quick. I'll definitely be ordering again.

No Drama peptide lip…LOVE!

I ordered the No Drama peptide lip glaze in 02 and do not regret! Love the added color it provides to my lips and how it makes my lips look plump and hydrated. I would definitely recommend this product.

The immortal highlighter has made my cheeks look exactly how I want them on tanned skin but the must have is definitely the no drama mascara which stays on all day at the beach with no smudging at all!!

Shein/Temu quality of product

Product came quickly but that’s about the only positive thing to say.
The lip tint/velvet lip stick I bought was £24 and genuinely looks and feels like something from Shein or Temu. The packing looks cheap and nothing like the photos. Really disappointing as I thought I’d treat myself to a nice lip stick and just feel scammed to be honest.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry the lip tint didn't live up to what you'd hoped for. That's genuinely not the experience we want anyone to have.

I do want to gently push back on one thing, though. SAIA is not a scam. Every product is the result of months of work, made with intent and produced to a standard we're proud of. So the finish and packaging you've described aren't what we recognise, and I'd really like to understand what went wrong.
