Spoke to Sailflags on the Monday and had our custom branded flag on the Friday. Quality service and product! Always happy to support UK business and will certainly be using again in the future.

Really good customer service. Mark helps identiy the best type of flag/stand/pole you need and they help with designs too, but in a really quick way, so the whole process is fast and efficient. The flags look great too. Will always use these guys in future.

I went online to look for 3 flags for our church food event. Several companies either didn't respond or, despite making it clear there was a timetable, were late to the party. Mark responded quickly and sensibly, created images and got things rolling, then the flags arrived ahead of schedule. Well done Mark, a quality product, and well done FedEx as well. Having just bought two sailflags, I was very impressed throughout with the ease of communication and the speed of response to my queries. The people I communicated with were all very friendly and helpful.

I am not great with design etc and when I rang they were most helpful. They advised what they thought would look best ane we are very pleased with the result

The order process was really straightforward. We had used Sailflags a few years ago, and they were able to locate our previous artwork, even though I didn’t have the order reference. They could show us what our new flags would look like, even though we changed the base colour. The order was delivered really quickly. Our new flags really stand out & get our business noticed.
