Please don’t do business with this company.
I cancelled my annual membership in mid-August — well in advance — as it was due to end in October. I sent a proper cancellation email with my name, date, and membership details, two months ahead of time.
They even replied with “We’ll miss you! Are you sure you want to cancel?” — which clearly proves they received and read my message. Obviously, if I’m sending a cancellation email, I’m sure I want to cancel.
Then, months later, they charged me again, claiming my membership was never cancelled — simply because I didn’t reply to their unnecessary follow-up question. That’s absurd. Their own response (“We’ll miss you”) already confirms that they processed my cancellation.
This kind of manipulative tactic — pretending a contract isn’t cancelled just to keep charging people — is completely unethical.
As a business owner myself, I would never treat my clients this way. Transparency and respect are everything in customer relationships.
Please stay away from this company.
If this is how they need to make money, it says everything about their values. I truly hope more people walk away — because no serious business should operate like this.
