I first met Kolade Jegede in 2017 when we were in the middle of an extremely difficult EU National Deportation case (involving a family member), with a particularly officious and vindictive (to me) Home Office who were determined to deport an EU National, on the grounds of a petty criminal record as a youth.

The lawyers we first engaged were highly recommended but the case was going nowhere and the family member was detained without warning and placed into an immigration detention centre.

Kolade became aware of the case and offered friendly advice and assistance and although a young lawyer, I believed in him and he really delivered. Fast Forward 12 months and Kolade went on to drive a complete win for the family, challenging the Home Office at every turn and successfully appealed an executed deportation order, with full right to remain in the UK granted on the Imperative (the toughest proof point) meaning our family member can enjoy his life in the UK with his family. We cannot thank Kolade and his Barrister enough.

We recently used Kolade again to process two EU Settlement Scheme applications - both were handled with the upmost professionalism and accepted.
