Great experience
Great experience, updated me on every action taken. The Offered price was decent compared to other companies and payment made same day, even tho i am still waiting for it.
Can I suggest you explore other payment methods that offer instant payments, for example PayPal or direct bank transfers. Also I was a bit surprised there is no telephone number to contact you guys on.

We used to offer PayPal, but unfortunately PayPal take a fee from your funds when making a business transaction and we were getting too many complaints so we decided to no longer offer this.
Also, we do use direct bank transfers but as a business this is slightly different as banking for personal use. All our payments are made same-day, so you would have got the funds yesterday. Most payments clear instantly, but some other bank providers can take longer.

Waste of time
Sent an iPhone 14 Pro having been given a valuation of £600. On receipt of the phone, they emailed to say the phone had light scratches on front and chassis and dropped the price offered to £410. I know they reply’ll to this quoting the cost for them to fix the issues (I’ve read the replies to all the others with the same grumble as me!) but I sent a phone with no marks at all as the photos I took prior to sending it show. Good that they immediately send the device back free of charge but just a waste of my time.

Recently sold an iPhone 14. Postage box provided but I did pay for postage so it was insured. Got confirmation of receipt and a photo. Was told when they would open the parcel. Contacted to confirm I would be paid. Money received as advised. Can't fault them so would use again.

iPhone 14 trade in. Was sent the postage pack took to my local post office. Email asking for proof of purchase and proof of identity and the very next day payment email received and in the bank within 24 hours. Would definitely use again.

Very very veryyyyy good and serious. They send me a box with stickers and everything secure to send my phone. After they receive the phone they keep me update by email. And 2 days after i receive my payment. I was soooo stresss when i send the phone as i was scared of a scam. But i advice you to everyone now. BIG THANK YOU
