Sale Dress is a ***SCAM***. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Instead of sending you what you order, they will send something light and of no value, so that they can say you received your package. Throughout the process of trying to either receive the actual item you ordered, or a refund, they will send the “appropriate” emails at the “appropriate” time, but with random, vague, nonspecific content, blaming other parties over which they have no control….I’m sure with the intent to exhaust one’s patience. I am going to share below, in detail, the emails sent and received, sharing my stupidity in ordering from them (I knew better), to hopefully stop anyone else from ordering from them (and I am sure they will post an “appropriate” comment to this text, saying how sorry they are that I had a bad experience…let’s wait and see ;-) ):

On this date, I ordered 6 bowls, and my credit card was charged.
Nov. 21/25
On this date, I received a tiny envelope package from Sale Dress, containing a pair of socks. (?!?!?).

Me: I paid for SIX SMALL BOWLS. You sent me a pair of socks. Please either send me the bowls, or reimburse me.

Sale Dress: “Hello, I’m not quite sure I understand your meaning. Are you saying that you have not received your item? I just checked the shipping information for your order, a package has been delivered. Wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring! Ik heb op 3 december 2025 een bestelling geplaatst en tot op de dag van vandaag geen product ontvangen en geen geld terug. Het begon met vage trackinglinks die niet werkten, daarna bizarre excuses zoals “de bezorger heeft alles gestolen” (echt waar?!), en vervolgens wekenlang loze beloftes over een terugbetaling.
Ondanks meerdere e-mails en duidelijke deadlines, blijft het bedrijf mij aan het lijntje houden met standaardteksten als “we waarderen uw geduld” en “het duurt 5-10 werkdagen”. Inmiddels zijn we meer dan een maand verder en nog steeds geen cent terug. Dit is niet alleen onprofessioneel, maar ook een grove schending van consumentenrechten.
Mijn advies:
Blijf ver weg van deze webshop! Ze leveren niet, ze betalen niet terug, en hun klantenservice is een ramp. Ik ben nu genoodzaakt om een chargeback te starten en een klacht in te dienen bij de Consumentenautoriteit.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a very special event from Salesdress. From the day I ordered them until they were delivered (but stolen off my porch) I had over the top customer service from a gentleman named Karl. Whenever I had a question, he replied back within the day and if not, by the next morning. I've never experienced such a helpful person over email. I would not think even a second to order something else from this company. And if you do have an issue of any kind, I hope Karl will be your guy to make it all right for you!!!!!

Hot mess. Website is completely deceiving from one page to the next. You really don't see the discrepancies until after you make your purchase. All items I received were not as pictured. They advertise 24 hour support on one page but the chat engine shows offline hours. Every single item with a review score is above a 4.5 because they only post four and five star reviews. The most recent reviews are also years old. Although they advertise like the company is in the United States and that shipping is no more than 14 days, another page vaguely refers to international shipping and my order took a month for me to receive from China. Had I any knowledge of the China part I would have never placed an order.

I purchased 2 Jumpsuits with a Cartigan. The Jumpsuits were too short and the Cartigan was too long. I contacted Customer Care to return them and get a refund. I was told I needed to pay $9.99 for the return shipping label. But, that department was going through an update, so if I wanted to get the return label from them; I'd have to wait for it. They gave me the option to return it on my own using whatever carrier I wanted. The refund is in the form of a salesdress gift card not to your credit card. This is Bad Business. I Don't recommend Salesdress. Once they have your money you can't get it back. If you're satisfied customer all is Good, but if Not you're out of luck.

Ordered a huge bundle as a reseller and the package didn’t even leave China yet FEDEX is using international priority shipping and already it returned back to sender ??? I wrote customer service so hopefully they do something because my address is in the US not China and it is correct!
