Beautiful looking chocolates that taste as good as they look. Such a wonderful treat to enjoy with the World Cup. My favourite was the mystery flavour.

Joy in Every Bite...

We recently ordered a selection of chocolate truffles and Easter eggs, and honestly—it was pure magic from start to finish. My whole family, including our 4-year-old, absolutely loved everything. We couldn’t even pick a favorite because each treat was incredible in its own way.

The mango and passion fruit egg stood out as a showstopper—the balance between sweet and sour was just perfect. We also got the dark chocolate dulce de leche egg, and it was rich, decadent, and downright delicious.

But what truly melted our hearts was the personal touch. The owner, Mayara, knew our order included Easter eggs for little girls and included a handwritten letter from the Easter Bunny. I can’t even describe the joy on my daughters’ faces! Honestly, I’m still not sure what they loved more—the chocolates or that letter. It made the whole experience feel so thoughtful and magical. Thank you for that.

Beyond the amazing taste and stunning presentation, we were so impressed with the packing and shipping. This was an international delivery to the U.S., and everything arrived perfectly. The Easter egg boxes were not only sturdy but beautifully designed as well.

We loved everything—from the flavors to the details to the joy it brought to our family. Can’t wait to order again!

First visit to the shop in Beverley and…

First visit to the shop in Beverley and delighted with my choice; absolutely beautiful chocolates, very delicate and full of flavour. Obviously made with a huge amount of skill and care. Would recommend for a special gift or just a wonderful indulgence.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received, dodgy and multiple policies

If your order goes to plan, I'm sure you'll be fine.

If it doesn't and you expect some help or customer service, expect a rude and vile attitude.

I placed a couple of orders and needed to cancel, so asked for a refund, as the items hadn't even been sent. They agreed but withheld some of the money because apparently, one of their MANY policies that they have scattered around the site, says that they can do that.

When I queried this (took prompting to get a reponse), the owner sent a pretty patronising and sarcastic reply. I've never had such obnoxious treatment from a company. It was just downright rude.

Be careful when ordering from this site, as they appear to have some seriously dodgy processes in terms of their multiple policy pages all over the site.

There are plenty of other companies in the UK that sell a similar product. I'd avoid this one.

Edit: check out the arrogance of the seller's reply and ask yourself whether you'd like to deal with someone like that. And yes, all for £6. It's the principle when dealing with companies which are practically thieves. Thanks to the seller for such a lengthy message. I appreciate the time taken greatly.

Dear James,

I’m taking the time to respond to your review, not because I believe you deserve any more of my time, but because I owe it to my loyal customers and potential new clients who come across my work and deserve clarity.

Your order was for a box of 36 bonbons with flavours specifically chosen by you. We followed your instructions precisely, assembled the box flavour by flavour, added a ribbon (which costs £2 for a box that size and is non-reusable), packed it securely with bubble wrap, inserted it into a mailing box, sealed it with “Fragile” tape, and had it ready to be dispatched.

Only then did you contact us asking to cancel the order, if it hadn’t already been processed. Despite your box being fully prepared, I personally took it apart, disposed of the used materials (most of which can’t be reused), and issued a full refund , 100% within 24 hours. This was a gesture of goodwill, as our cancellation policy allows us to retain a fee in such situations.

Following that, you requested to cancel a second order, our Easter Egg and Chocolate Bars – “Pre-order”. As clearly explained on our website, a 10% cancellation fee applies to pre-orders or more. This is because, as a small business, we use pre-orders to plan production and purchase ingredients and materials ahead of time. We honoured your request and refunded the remaining 90%, which was absolutely fair.

We charged that fee because our time costs money, and our work is serious. We are not obligated to process cancellations or respond to messages instantly, just because a customer has suddenly changed their mind or realised they can’t manage their own commitments. You placed two separate orders and then decided you no longer wanted either. That is your right, of course, but the minimum we expect from anyone is a bit of patience, especially when they’re the one causing the inconvenience.

Instead, you chose to flood our inbox with multiple emails and then escalate the matter with PayPal before even giving us the courtesy of time to reply. If you don’t have anything better to do all day, then good for you—thankfully, I do. And yes, the sarcasm is entirely necessary when dealing with entitled behaviour like yours.

In truth, it’s a relief not to have someone like you on our customer list anymore. We put care, effort, and professionalism into what we do, and we prefer to work with customers who value that.

P.S.: All of this over £6—what a joke. The issue isn’t the £6 fee, it’s the complete lack of consideration for our time and the false narrative that we were being unfair. Take a good look at yourself—and maybe try reading before you buy.

INCREDIBLE CARAMEL EASTER EGG!

Ordered the caramel toffee and feuilletine chocolate egg for Easter. Delivered on time and was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. If you want an extra special egg for Easter this is the place to get it! 10/10 and would order again.

Absolutely Amazing Chocolatier!

I am so pleased I stumbled across this amazing chocolatier last year. I ordered some boxes of 4 chocolate truffles as table gifts for Christmas. It was great to be able to choose the flavours for these, so I could cater to people’s tastes, and have 2 different themed boxes each containing 4 different flavours from a fruity box to a caramel based box. They arrived beautifully presented and fully secure in place, despite travelling through a hectic postal service at that time. Everyone thought they looked and tasted incredible and wanted to know where I’d brought them from. Fast forward to this year and I’ve ordered the cheesecake bars for myself a couple of times now, these are just as amazing, the flavours are divine and again arrived beautifully presented. I’ve already placed another order for an Easter Egg which looks so good, I can’t wait to receive it nearer the time. Even tempted to add another egg to the mix and order the mango and passionfruit one as well, the chocolate really is that good!

I have never received any contact from you, nor have we ever received any order from you online (as you yourself were unable to provide proof of this to Trustpilot). Furthermore, I have never been contacted by you on any social media platform under your name.

Seeing the way you have taken the time and pleasure to come here and attempt to harm a business that you have never even interacted with only confirms that it was a privilege to have had no communication with you – and I sincerely hope it stays that way.

It seems you have far too much free time on your hands if you can afford to come here and try to damage the reputation of a Chocolatier who has been working alone for years, doing her very best for customers who genuinely respect her time and effort.

As for you, I suggest finding something productive to do instead of complaining about a lack of “communication.”

Dark chocolates need more colour

Very delicate chocolates, the strawberry and cream chocolate is amazing and so fresh. Would like to see some vibrant colours for those preferring dark chocolates. As a dark chocolate selection looks a little bland as a gift by comparison to the other milk and white chocolates. But every chocolate was great to taste.

Extremely talented chocolatier. Exquisite chocolate!

The best chocolate I have ever tasted! Wonderful flavours and such stunning designs for the chocolate truffles. Exquisite! We ordered a couple of the chocolate peanut bars, chocolate truffles and the aerated caramel sales. All absolutely wonderful and will be ordering again very soon. An extremely talented chocolatier.
