Good clean shop well laid out .staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the product ,and a good quality product in a sensible range of sizes altogether a very pleasant experience

When shopping at the valley we always visit the Saltrock shop as we can always find some really nice clothing lines and the shop has without fail always some really nice staff on duty.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, love Saltrock. Great value and quality would highly recommend. Staff member was friendly and engaging great shopping experience.

I love the seaside styles and feel.

I just love all the clothes, staff are really chatty and friendly without making you feel like they are pushing you to buy something. I can take my dog in and he knows he will get a treat when we get to the till. Makes me feel like I'm on holiday when I shop there.

Had been to Fat Face

Had been to Fat Face, they had nothing that appealed to me. There were two members of staff just chatting together, ignoring me and did not ask if i needed any help. i went to Saltrock across the street and the lady there was very welcoming and helpful. I soon found a shirt that I liked, plus i liked the 20% discount !
