I was browsing for a new hoodie when the gentleman behind the counter asked if I need any help. He helped me find the size I wanted in my chosen design. Very nice chap, polite and efficient.

In your Padstow branch you have an amazing full of life member of staff called Dave. Very helpful helping me look for sizes and proud to work for the brand. Superb customer service , as a manager of a clothing store myself , it’s hard to come across positive knowledgable staff . I’ll defo be back in a few weeks for some more items .

Salt Rock Padstow is such a tidy, well-organized store — everything was easy to find. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout to Andy for being so welcoming and going out of his way to assist. Made the whole visit even better!
