Superb customer service. Your rainbow-haired member of staff really engaged with my son (who was pretty bored of shopping at that point) and made the transaction a lovely experience. What a gem!

I was given a paper bag i didn't ask…
I was given a paper bag i didn't ask for and charged for it! I even put the stuff into my reusable shopping bag in front of the person serving me. Why was I not given the option to refuse a bag, especially when I had several of my own reusable bags with me? I only discovered i'd been charged for a bag i neither asked for or needed when I got home and looked at the receipt.

Great store with great products
Well laid out store with everything tidy and in the right place, with music at a sensible volume. Great range of items at good prices.
