Hi im intrest do new acconut if my old acconut its no available .

wont be renewing my subscription again. bought ex police car ,Bmw, through ASM, do not buy ex police cars, head gasket gone. lost money, wont be buying again, customer service is appalling, even spoke to the manager, once they got your money no refunds, keep away. no help whatsoever. plus car stated HPI clear but on some sites showing salvage vehicle.

I am very annoyed that your fees are double what other salvage sites charge, I have bought quite a few vehicles from you, check my account
When my renewal is due I will not be renewing in fact I won't be buying anymore vehicles

I believe there is a shill bidding going on at this site, they are pushing up the price of vehicle by bidding on vehicles them selves. How do explain vehicles that are sold and then reappear a week later.

I actually find salvage market OK.
The world of salvage is a risk.
On the whole it's OK. Just know your limit and stick to it. Folk regularly over buy, leave them to it.

Site fees, watch those. Some are cheaper than others. My local one is high! And I find prices for lots end up more than I want to pay.
So shop about. I buy from ASM a fair bit, passing Silverlake to go there.

Fees on motorbikes I find a bit too high but ASM have a reduced fee for Police seized bikes. There are better auctions for Cat N And S motorbikes with no fees.
But if you want a decent run about car cheaper then go for it.
I've had only positive experiences so far.

I registered an account and was not activated with reason of being duplicate account of suspended account, I have sent mail regarding this requesting for refund to same card used for payment , also provide details to them since July 16,2025 I’ve sent multiple mails to the assist mail no single response till today. Hi everyone be very careful when bidding on this site auction of salvage auctions they images are not clear and the auction have there own private bidders that bid on the auction vehicles to push the price up to the maximum . So once again beware of these scammers

used to be a good site but gone downhill

I registered with this scammed company since December 2024 only to see that my account was restricted from bidding the next day. All effort to reach and resolved this issue proof abortive. Recently. they claimed that someone with my last name has registered with them 2 years ago with a default. How has that related to me? I requested for a refund but they started tossing me around. Back company. I did my registration with my identity card.

I bid and won car, I try to pay that car, when I ready to pay I found car is not my won list, when I made a phone call they offer to me I can still buy make offer, it's completely scump then they blocked my account and outstanding my account without no reason , previously I bought 2 other car it was OK with salvage market, when I come to see reviews on trust pilot then I found everyone victim with their scump service,

Don't waste your money on subscription. The same cars are selling for 2 years, as they bid against you and want price higher than the market price.
