I have waited almost 7 days and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email yet. You have taken my money and haven't delivered. My order number is 66643.if have send many emails to you already and all they say is they are reviewing the situation. I have never had this problem before and it is becoming a pain to deal. Please deliver my product. If you won't then I want my refund please.

Ordered the 20x extract, came in quick and discrete. Felt the effects immediately after inhaling and had lots of fun with my buddies

Its been over 20 years since my last experience. Went with 20x. Should have went lower, it was unpleasant. The previous experience I had was awesome though, ended up on a rocket ship. Always a good idea to start low.

Worth buying would buy again

Considering this is the only trustworthy place to get extract incense, they're doing pretty good!

Their customer support is abysmal and shipping takes many moons, but it made its way here!

The product came exactly as I ordered. Great quality and very effective. I would give it 5 stars for quality but I dock a star because the processing of my order took a long time and I was not able to get ahold of customer service to alleviate my concerns. Once it finished processing and shipped, it was here fast. It's a great product, but lack of keeping in touch with customers docks it a point. Overall good

There was no confirmation email of the sale until over a week later. I thought I had been scammed.

They took the money and claim to have shipped it to me, but I didn’t get anything so I don’t know if I could really recommend anyone try this.

I was concerned at first after seeing other reviews about people not receiving their order, and being unable to contact the company. However I can vouch that they answered my call, and were able to answer all my questions. And others who have had delayed orders may have been for the same reason in that they were low on stock and unable to fulfill orders as quickly as they usually do. Granted I found it odd that I never received a confirmation email, however I did receive an email with the tracking information.
