I have emailed multiple times about getting a getting a tracking number, but no response. I was told I would get a tracking number after 1 day. I am not sure if what I ordered is going to come in or not but it's been abt 5 days.

didn’t even get my products. They either sent me a random tracking # or shipped it to the wrong address because my order was delivered out of my state.

Awesome products and customer service from S.E. Their Remarkable Herbs kratom is still great quality, especially in light of the noticeable decline in quality of kratom over the past year.

I always have to email you guys around 10 days after my order and then I email you for an update but don’t ever get a reply…then 48 hours later it ships. I’ve been buying from there for years and my e checks clear right away. Over two weeks is just too long. I will he finding a new merchant next time

I ordered a 10x and 20x pack and it came on time. I measured out a dose and smoked it and nothing happened. I tried more and still nothing. I smoked a full gram of 20x all at once and did not notice anything besides a burning feeling in my lungs. I paid for Salvia but whatever they sent me was not it. It must've been random plant matter but definitely not Salvia. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! IT OS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. THE PRODUCT IS FAKE AND DOES NOT WORK. I would give zero stars if I could. : (

I am pretty bummed. I have smoked so much different crap in my life that I won't smoke it. However, you say that you can chew it and not to swallow which makes sense. As that's pretty much how I used to eat mushrooms. And acid back in the day holding it under my tongue till it was gone. I chewed on it like tobacco without swallowing for 40 minutes and didn't feel a thing. Pretty expensive for nothing 🤔😥

The service was great got here right when it said it would be. Salvia is a wild trip though let me tell you it’s completely nuts but I’ll never touch the stuff again. I didn’t understand the fear that people talk about with it. Legit felt like I was gone for a second and had to fight to stay here.

Wait time was a little slower than expected and the product wasn’t strong enough. But I plan to do more business with the company

Update - 9/17/21
So that was a really nice response that SalviaExtract.com wrote. So far:
*They have not reached out to me at all
*No new batch to replace the bad batch has arrived
*Nothing they said they would do has been done.
In essence, I'm afraid it looks like their response is window dressing.

Do they hope that they can write these responses in hopes that their customers will just drop it? Leaving the appearance of "Proactive Customer Service"?

I *really* hope I'm mistaken, otherwise this would be a deceptive business practice.

Disappointed with the viability of the product, despite several tests (following well documented and practiced procedures) that have worked without fail in the past, this round of product just doesn't seem to have the potency found in similar product, or product from the past couple of years.

Could be a bad batch, or just a trend (I've seen similar complaints)

Definitely works but not what I expected didn't give me the effect I wanted with 10X. I made need something stronger like 30X

This website is totally legit and very professional. I understand that most people have reservations about buying stuff like salvia online, and that makes total sense, but trust me, this site is the right place to go. Everything I’ve gotten there is great product, shipped fast, and handled professionally.
