Bought twice from them people have been complaining about quality of products on here but I believe you just need to look up how to smoke it there product is really nice typically a really early or late delivery always a great experience to help expand your mind

Greatly disappointed 😢
At first I didn’t think that I was gonna receive my order, but then I finally did.
Upon sampling it, was left disappointed in the quality of said product. I have sent multiple emails to get the issue resolved and have only gotten one response on why I was not satisfied… I have not gotten any response back yet. 🤔

Order didn't arrive
I paid for the order via card and it never arrived (The site never mentions orders without tracking are not eligible for refunds. It's a system that forces you to pay more on shipping then otherwise they pretty much take your money. Not to mention the response time is around 2 weeks. It's a gamble, don't use this site)

We had contact via email about your delayed order. Since you ordered without tracking, there is no way for us to know the current whereabouts of your package. Packages without tracking are unfortunately not eligible for a refund when they don't arrive. We hope your package will return to us, so we can refund it.
The fact that lost packages are not eligible for refunds is stated on the website multiple times: in the FAQ, and during the checkout process.
