The Sacred Rebirth has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Every class, practice, and connection seems to land with perfect synchronicity, always aligned with exactly where I am and what I need in that moment.
Through this work, I’ve learned to regulate my nervous system, pause, breathe, and move in flow with my body. It’s helped me soften, release old patterns, and let go of ways I was unconsciously holding myself back. I’ve healed layers of wounds around men, reconnected with my womb, my femininity, and my power.
I truly believe this journey created the inner space for me to open, receive, and ultimately conceive. I’m so grateful for the depth, the healing, and the transformation this program has brought into my life. Sammy does a beautiful job at leading and holding space for everything that comes up along the way!

On my reclaiming journey of coming back to my essence. This program has provided support, consistency and sisterhood to root into my essence, fully express and be me!

I was drawn to Sammy and her work from the first instagram reel I saw of hers, I just thought she had goddess energy and I needed to learn everything she was doing!

I'm now half way through Sammy's course, and honestly I nearly gave up last month, or rather I did give up! This is a common trait of mine, self sabotaging /abandoning, and I knew from the beginning this was likely to happen, but with Sammy's loving support I recommitted and I am now certain I will complete the course. If I gain nothing else other than the confidence and trust in myself to see this through, it will be worth it. But there's soooo much more, everything I am learning, the mindset shifts, the tools, the rituals , the community, the reconnection with myself, my body, my intuition, it is life changing, and I am so grateful to have found her at a particularly challenging time in my life.

With grace and authenticity to show up as you are, I have been made to feel strength through my vulnerability. Sammy continues to create these moments of 'awe' through out the very depths of feeling. I am empowered to face every part of who I am, and what has pieced me together, to unravel and rebuild into the highest version of self. Although I have so much more to go in my journey of self love and attunement, I feel immense gratitude for the practices that I am learning through this experience with Sammy.

If there was one word that could be used to describe this course it would be TRANSFORMATIONAL. You go beyond the surface level of what makes you...you. Which makes this course a game changer.
The beauty within this course is that Sammy doesn't try to "fix you" because you are not broken. To Sammy this is not just a job, it is a mission. She works on the vision inside you, and with guidance and understanding she reprograms your way of thinking with: one on one time, seminars, guest speakers, and a community of like minded women. Sammy helps you to realign your source and expand the soul by re-regulating your nervous system. This is her purpose to life. Within weeks you'll notice a difference. I highly recommend.

Taking part in the 108-day program has been one of the most transformative and precious gifts I have ever received. Each day, I find myself growing more in tune with my body and learning to fully accept myself exactly as I am. There are moments—even many mornings—when I cry with joy simply because I am so deeply grateful for the true awareness this journey has brought me.

Sammy is such an incredible guide and coach for all women needing that extra support and encouragement to discover their own higher self and fully embody their divine feminine. Trust the process. Trust yourself. Everything you need is in you. Those are some words that come in my mind when I think about the last couple of weeks doing the Programm with Sammy and the community. The progress I made is on mental and physical base. There are so many layers I was not aware of which now make a huge difference in my daily life.

I woke up one day feeling like I had given every part of myself to my baby, to my partner, to my work… I was completely burnt out and there was nothing left physically, emotionally, and spiritually within myself for me. I knew something had to change and that is when the heavens opened and I found Sammy’s “Sacred Rebirth” class. I started with the 1:1 personalized journey call to see if the 108-day course was right for me, and on the live call Sammy was so grounded, present, and understanding in my struggles. I knew right away it was going to be life changing. It is a commitment and it does take work, but you are rebuilding yourself from the ground up and creating a renewed, superior and strong feminine version of who you once were. As I am working my way through the 108-days, I feel so grateful to Sammy for providing this framework of learning, connection, empowerment, and for giving me the opportunity to take back control of my life.

Sammy and The Sacred Rebirth have been truly life-giving. Her presence is grounding and supportive, and the daily practices have given me tools I actually use to feel calmer, more present, and more connected to myself. What I have loved most is that the entire program isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about meeting yourself where you're at, and remembering who you are.

I found Sammy on Instagram and joined her Sacred Rebirth program when I was exhausted, lost, and doubtful that anything could help me.

Only one month in, I already feel calmer, more peaceful, and truly reconnected to myself. We’ve worked on so many layers — from nervous system regulation to emotions, self-worth, and deep inner healing.

I’d love to find the right words to describe the shift I’ve felt in me but I truly don’t think any word is adequate enough!!

I’ve felt such a keen sense of awareness, it’s not perfected yet but I’ve become more in tune with my body and what it wants. When I’m with my kids, I’m PRESENT again, I shut off my mental to do list and I just exist with them and that’s a gift beyond measure.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that as I’m walking, it’s felt as if I want to hide, like I make myself small and almost build an imaginary shell around me but now I feel myself stand tall and I repeat in my head and heart “I belong here, I am magnetic, and I am the full embodiment of the woman I want to me”

I’ve also started doing art again - for ME. My son goes “wow mommy I didn’t know you were so good at art” which broke my heart because I grew up being known as an artist (I also work in the design field) but I’ve hidden those parts of myself from my kids and I’m finding it back. I’m starting a series of sketches and painting of self portraits and I’m calling it “the hardest thing to love” because loving myself is truly the biggest challenge I’ve been faced with.

There is so so many more little shifts that I’ve noticed but it would take me ages to fit it all in! Just so grateful to be here building this life.

From our very first call I felt seen, heard, and held by Sammy and the amazing community she has brought together. In the weeks I’ve been doing this work with her I’ve felt more present and able to return to calm. With that peace of mind I’m more able to dip into joy, more able to connect, let go of guilt, and rediscover parts of myself I’ve been ignoring. I’m so grateful for this experience!

This program created by Sammy gave me the tools to understand what was going on with my body and my mind. With these tools I'm finally starting to take things one day at a time and embrace myself with compassion and acceptance. Investing in this and committing to it makes me believe in myself. It was really scary at first and I still feel unsure but doing this shows me that I can trust myself and rely on myself because this effort is self-love and power. The program also provides step-by-step bite-sized instructions and structure which is great to reduce overwhelm. I love that Sammy regularly checks in to provide support, it makes a huge difference.

I’ve only just started working with Sammy and already I can feel shifts in myself. She brings such a calming energy to it all; 1:1 calls, live calls, her IG posts. You can really feel her calm essence radiate through. She’s very personable and makes a point to extend herself out to you and learn about you. Her course material is super organized and easy to follow. It makes the whole process exciting and not intense or heavy.

I’m excited to start and really dive in to myself and this material. It’s important for moms and women to prioritize themselves and their wellbeing, healing etc.

I cant remember the exact wording Sammy used when we had our first call but it was along the lines of connecting with my soul and living my life from that place. Honestly I felt so much connection with that and felt deep calling to commit to doing just that.

After only just starting the Sacred Rebirth course I can tell it is going to create a huge shift in my life - in the best way possible.
Sammy meets you with such a graceful heart. She meets you with empathy, passion and a wealth of knowledge! There is no doubt this is her soul’s work and through her own lived experiences and countless hours of trainings she has crafted a beautiful and sacred way to come home to yourself - not to “fix” yourself as she so often says.
During my first session with Sammy I was guided through a meditation that was unlike any I had experienced before. I instantly felt more at peace, alive and aligned with who I truly am .. with who I came here to be. This course is EVERYTHING and more - it is exactly what my soul has been yearning for. Connecting with Sammy and entering the sacred space program has been so amazing! From my initial point of connection with her on Instagram, to my introduction into the program and progress throughout she has been attentive, compassionate, thorough and reassuring.
